“Universal compressor drip tray. Fast delivery. Got it to fit my 38 year old Philips fridge freezer. Taller than original part, but managed to squeeze it in without having to trim it. No chance of it falling out, was a tight fit!”

“filter turn up with footprints all over the envelope so I took photos expecting the worst. Open the package to find damage to the corners where the filter would clip into the extractor. Put the filter in and it was ok just and has it is out of sight and will be replaced again in the next six months I will live with it”

“No reply from customer service. I’ve sent 3 emails now and had not one reply im stuck with items i can not use!! I have tried to email more than once but you have failed to show this in your reply. Ive also tried to ring again not operating your phone lines”

“Ridiculously overpriced. I was looking to replace two plastic supports for a glass fridge shelf and was quoted over £60 for the pair by UK Whitegoods. This is roughly 10% of the cost of a new fridge! I appreciate the UK Whitegoods has to make some commission however for an item that should cost circa £5-10 this is a 600 - 1000% mark-up. Needless to say, I fixed the bracket with a white angle steel bar which is even stronger.”

Your complaint lies with the manufacturer, not us as we do not make the items nor do we set the pricing of them. All we do is supply parts.

“Hi thank you for locating and identifying the part for my old Hotpoint BWD 20. Thanks for the fast delivery and the good service which will receive 5 stars. Unfortunately for me the part supplied was not the only problem with the washing machine, so I scrapped the washing machine and still have this part left brand new. Rgds Mark.”

“I enquired about bearings for my Hotpoint, but without realising they're non-replacable! These people kindly emailed and explained everything perfectly, going above just a standard 'no' like other companies I tried, they even included links etc so I could see for myself.
