“Received triple inlet valve quite fast could have paid extra for very fast good price and got our washer dryer back up and drying again very pleased made my wife happy less earache for me.”

“I have contacted them about oven glass replacement before I've ordered and they confirmed they may send to us from 2 to 5 days. The 3rd week is ending now and I still didn't get the item I have purchased. I think they use customers money to keep a cash flow but they sell items they don't have. I'm still waiting for the delivery but I didn't hear any updates yet”

“Unfortunately the item I ordered did not solve the problem I have with my fridge freezer but this was not down to your item I ordered. However I would like to say how impressed I am with your service. I ordered 2 spare parts from you by mistake as I thought the first order hadn't processed correctly. You obviously picked up on this and refunded money for the first item without me even getting in touch with you. Great customer service, keep up the good work. Would definitely order from you again. Thank you.”

“I asked if they sold the stick of colour change strips , the ones which contain a chemical which spreads along an extractor filter to show when it needs changing. They did reply and asked me to supply more information, I didn’t do this as I had run out of one finger typing energy”

“The website is really useful and informative. My query was about the fact that I'd bought a Beko fridge-freezer from Argos and one of the shelves was missing. UK Whitegoods said that they couldn't help me with this as it was a warranty matter. I eventually got through to Beko on its Chat. They sent me 2 shelves, one for the main part of the fridge, the other for above the chiller (which I didn't need). I was out when they were delivered (by Fedex). Both of them were smashed to pieces i.e. the content of the parcel was just a load of broken glass. I decided not to waste any more time and nervous energy on the problem and will just use the 2 shelves in the fridge.”
