“I ordered a part for my elica cooker hood which was £45 and delivery on top. However this still didn't fix the problem so I emailed white goods in Decemberv2022 for some advice and there has never been a reply to me.”

“Very pleased with UK Whitegoods, this is the second item I have purchased from them, both of which have been spot on. This time I required heater/pump for our Siemens dishwasher, saw one on their website, to which they verified it was the correct one for my model. Bit pricey, I did way up about getting a new dishwasher but went ahead with the purchase. Very quick delivery, easy to fit into my dishwasher which is now working again. All in all, a big thumbs up to UK Whitegoods”

“Unfortunately my experience was not good! I ordered 4 x Metal grease filters in good faith items showing in stock then a couple of days later I had an email to say no stock and would I like a refund! Must say refund process was very quick.”

“I had a problem with my washing machine, I contacted Whitegoods and spoke with a knowledgeable guy called Rowan. No, messing about diagnosing the problem, gave me the part number, and a great price for fitting, no pressure just clear advice and support and it's all done. Saved me from buying a new washing machine. Would use this company for any Whitegood purchase or repair.”

“I've had an Indesit washing machine for a very long time and it has had hard service. The drum bearings began to grind and the drum to move about inside its casing The bearings definitely were worn out. I tried everywhere for a set of bearings, with no success and after viewing a video on UTube, I decided to change the whole drum. I found one on UK Whitegoods' site at a good price and ordered it. The company representative contacted me to confirm it was the correct part for my machine, and it arrived within 5 days. Fantastic service from a company which is now my first choice when I'm looking for domestic appliances or parts.”

“A Very helpful website which enabled me to find all the details I required to identify the correct part I required.
