“I was looking for a replacement freezer flap.Having been sent an incorrect item from another company,I was very pleased to find the exact one I had been looking for on UK Whitegoods website.The delivery was speedy,item well packed,reasonably priced,and fitted perfectly.I would recommend this company.”

“I emailed customer service, asking for confirmation about the spare I needed. UK Whitegoods replied very quickly that I was right. Consequently I ordered it. The product arrived; again swiftly. Excellent service! I highly recommend this company and I know who to ask next time I need something :)”

“A huge range of spares and good value for money. Not the fastest and not worth paying the extra for standard courier delivery as Royal Mail would have been just as quick. I ordered a new heating element for a washing machine - the photo showed that the thermistor was included, but in fact, it wasn't. No problem as I could reuse the old one, but slightly misleading.”

“I was impressed how quickly everything arrived. One item, a fridge door shelf, was listed on various websites as having a long lead time, but actually my complete order arrived only a few days after I placed it, as had been promised. I had to ask a few questions prior to placing the order, basically to make sure I'd got the right part, and these were handled quickly, politely, and accurately. So excellent pre-sale customer service. Good vendor, I would use again.”

“The light & fan switch broke in my extractor, the unit was 16yr old so didn't hold out much hope. Took images of unit, model No etc and sent it in to this company. Within 10 mins they had replied that they had the unit in stock and could send it out straight away. I honestly thought this kind of customer service went out 50yrs ago. 👏👏👏 10/10well done for service, price everything bug thank you”

“After a couple of emails to the help desk to confirm that I was ordering the correct part, and after quoting the OE part number that I obtained from Prima, I ordered the part on line It arrived in good time and in perfect condition as described, thanks to the more than adequate packaging that it arrived in And as described it was a direct replacement part for the original which sadly had broken It was just a matter of removing the chrome trim from the original part and fitting it onto the new replacement part, which was dead easy I am delighted with my purchase Thank you Whitegoods UK”

“Good service supplying the part needed in good condition. UK Whitegoods were able to supply a capacitor for a cooker extractor hood otherwise difficult to locate. Took a little longer to supply than hoped but appreciate that sourcing can be difficult & website does warn that lead-in times can be long. Nevertheless a good result with extractor now working well. Hopefully a durable product, but time will tell.”

“the ordered item arrived in good shape albeit a little later than expected - it was as described and is now installed and working fine - thanks I had the request for feedback based on my enquiry, this was to ask "where is my order and can you provide tracking number' I never got a reply and the item appeared one day, it was delivered but sat outside the house all night as i had no idea it was there ...”

“Purchased Miele washing machine rubber door seal . found my model in their machine list to make sure it was the right one . It arrived as there quoted delivery time. Never fitted a seal before but it was easy and the machine is now working . Originally ordered seal from another supplier on two occasions they gave me delivery dates , When I contacted them on the third time they admitted they did not know when their manufacturer would be supplying them so money Refunded . Many thanks to Whitegoods for supplying the part without any hassle .”
