“I received a very quick and helpful response to my query about replacement trays for a fridge door. “Needed a door lock for my beko washing machine tried various suppliers and manufacturer themselves with over a month wait. I have 6 children 2 are newborn and almost gave up and buy a new washing machine but found UK white goods who offered a Genuine part, fast service and delivery. Would highly recommend”

“Although friendly , quick to respond, they dong like to admit fault. I asked about a part which they said they had but I knew wasn't correct but I was assured it was correct. It wasn't, they did take it back & I found correct part on their website myself bug they were still adamant it wouldn't fit. It did, perfectly. Main gripe is I had to pay return postage for something j knew was wrong but they said was correct, even blaming the manufacturer or saying my machine had been modified.”

“I asked if spares were available for a Miele C3 vacuum cleaner, specifically motor brushes and their holders. I was told they are not because Miele, in their infinite wisdom, consider themselves above the Right to Repair initiative and still refuse to make parts available, other than accessories.”

“Cooker part I needed is no longer made but found substitute listed on store site together with wiring diagrams old to new. Part dispatched fairly promptly but a bit of a delay with delivery courier. Overall would recommend.”

“The seal on my oven split apart and I wasn't sure of the correct part number to replace it. I e-mailed the model and serial number from my oven and Kenneth was a great help and found out which seal was the correct one for my oven. It fitted perfectly and i'm very happy to have a fully working oven again”

“I am extremely happy with the service which was provided- I sent size and brief description and got an email straight back suggesting the product I required.
