“Took over 20 days for the product to be delivered (website said 7-10 days), i had to chase after 7 days when i hadnt heard anything, to be told 'we dont have it in stock and its coming from overseas'. so waited another 5 days to be told 'it was meant to be here but hasnt arrived', chased again another 5 days later to be told 'it should be with us tomorrow and we will send it express'. package arrived 3 days later. Cardboard packaging completely soaked that is was cardboard mush in places. Item undamaged. I dont mind waiting when i'm updated, but to keep having to chase isnt acceptable”

“I haven’t actually bought anything yet but none the less they were extremely helpful in dealing with my problem, helping me d diagnose the issue and in identifying what parts were required. In todays world this is very rare in my opinion and also very valuable. Thankyou Kenneth Watt!”

“Had a super experience with UK Whitegoods, despite never buying a product from them. I got an extremely speedy reply to advise that I couldn't get the part I needed directly from them, but pointing me to exactly where I could get it from. It wasn't necessary for them to help me, but they did and I think that exemplifies excellent customer care. Polite, quick and so helpful responses. I would come to you again if I need replacement parts for other manufacturers than my current one.”

“Whilst staff were helpful, it was extremely hard to contact the staff by contact number and had only email contact. We chose to purchase from this company with them being located in the British Isles and paid extra for urgent delivery. However, the products are shipped from the EU and after 2 weeks, we had still not received any information or order. The team did provide a full refund which was appreciated.”

“The hotplates I ordered were very good value, but they didnt fit .I ordered the universal figment, but the plugs on the hotplates didn't match the coooker plugs. I had to cut them of the cooker and wire them to hotplates not easy with short wires and no colour coding for wiring .I wasn't in a position to return hotplates because I had already dismantled cooker and had to make do.The moral here is make doubly sure the hotplates are correct before starting.”
