“I required some replacement Cabinet Freezer Door Hinges, so went online for suppliers of them and read company listed reviews. I needn't of looked any further than UK WHITEGOODS. I sent them an e-mail quoting the make and model number for the door hinges.The response time back was excellent, stating that they could supply me with them, same as the originally fitted ones which I accepted. There were cheaper ones available to me if I so wished, but declined them on quality of manufacture. The service that was given to me by UK Whitegoods staff was excellent at all times, plus the communication with them was faultless. A special "Thank You" to Kenneth Watt and all of the team involved for such first-class excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”

Well, it was a part that had to come in from an EU hub, not held in the UK and you did choose the slowest, free, shipping method possible that we do state clearly is 3-9 working days, so actually... that's actually not too bad. If the item was required quicker then a faster shipping method being used would have cut that time considerably but, that was your choice.

“First Class Company. UK Whitegoods supplied me with a new bottom drawer for my fridge. The old one had broken with years of carrying heavy milk cartons! Absolutely first class service. The spare part had been chipped in transit and a UK Whitegoods supplied a replacement within days of me letting them know. Excellent service and customer care. Thank you.”
