“A large selection of parts for my AEG oven, but not the one I was after unfortunately. Not UK Whitegoods fault really, as AEG for reasons known only to themselves have parts for every single bit of my oven apart from the one I was after. No other site had the part either.”

“I needed a replacement gas hob tap. The Italian firm no longer exists but Whitehoods could supply. Unfortunately said firm used two different undersides invisible from the photo. However I was able to return the unwanted item for a full refund so nothing lost apart from postage.”

“had an enquiry for an intrgrated fridge door - heard back very quickly saying it was out of stock which really helped. hopefully once you get a further supply in, you will contact me again and I can purchase one. the "keeping you updated" message really showed that a human was helping! thank you.”

“Knowledgeable and responsive staff, part ordering very easy, fair price. Part arrived ( courier not so quick) well packed and exactly as described. Fitted after a watch of the "how to" video, very straightforward. Fridge now appears to be working properly instead of freezing everything! Very pleased.”
