“Package was labelled to the wrong address , thankfully managed to track it down. Inside the package the invoice was the correct address but whoever was labelling it didn’t do a good job which lead to me not receiving it for some time.”

“Delivery is shocking. No contact until 1 week after the stated maximum delivery date to tell us it is now ready to deliver, but a week later still not delivered. So far waited 1 month for a hinge that states a typical delivery of 3 - 14 days. Would look elsewhere next time.”

“Exemplary customer service. Prompt replies to my initial questions, and excellent purchase assistance with follow-up communication. The order was confirmed and the status was updated in a timely manner. Your international tracking is amazing. Here in Canada we get nothing with Canada/USA postal services handovers. Once a package crosses our north/south border it's out of touch until it reaches its destination. Your system tracks it until it leaves your country and then picks it up again when it gets to Canada, every step of the way. Simply amazing.”

“Hello, Your staff have been most helpful, and have found the right part for me, however, I am still trying to order the part online. Unfortunately, when I put my address in, your system automatically changes my country from Australia to USA? The address field allows the address in Australia, but when you advance to the final page it lists it as been in USA. This is very frustrating. I still need to order the parts but can't as your system has them going to the wrong country. Please advise. Kind Regards Duncan Packington”
