“Impressed with the turnaround time, but service could have been better if screw provided with door clasp /fixture. I was surprised it arrived without screws and instructions how to fit. But would recommend whitehoods but please take note. Thanks H Butterwick”

“I was looking for a bottle shelf for our fridge door after the original one got broken. Whitegoods were excellent in identifying the correct shelf and quickly dispatched the item. I would thoroughly recommend Whitegoods, use them and you'll be glad you did!”

“I am delighted with the part (refrigerator fan) that I ordered. It took a little longer than I expected to arrive (over a week with the cheapest delivery option) but it was a genuine replacement part which is currently working faultlessly. Would recommend.”

“Easy to use browser and search facility to locate items needed. Stocking a range of genuine and copy parts, quick dispatch and several delivery options, they cater for all needs. I have used UK Whitegoods several times and they have never failed to please. I would recommend to anyone needing spare parts for any larger household appliances.”

We don't display live stock. We don't say anywhere that we do. Because, technically, we cannot for a great many items that we supply. And your query was answered as soon as we got it.

“Order no 1000349737. An incorrect item was supplied, we have had no response from attempts to contact UK white goods via email. Still awaiting response for returns policy and supply of correct item. Obviously very disappointed.”

“Had difficulty sourcing the drawfronts needed as the companies approached did not recognise the model of neff fridge/freezer even after I quoted the model number numerous times. UK Whitegoods did not have this problem and I could immediately order the parts problem free. The parts were amazingly well packed.”

“Appalling customer service. Replacement part arrived on time (would have got 1 star otherwise) but I needed advice as it differed from the original part. Unable to contact Whitegoods: Phone number now disconnected so cannot speak to a human so, as advised (on recorded message) emailed (twice) over the course of 10 days but no reply - and still no reply three weeks later. Couldn't even make contact to request a refund if they didn't reply to my original enquiry. I shall not be buying from Whitegoods again, but probably trying eSpares instead!”
