“I ordered dishwasher main board which worked as new. After finding a heat fault i emailed uk whitegoods for some advice they sent me link to fault finding data sheet which fixed my heat issue (broken wire) on thermostat. Thankyou for your help highly recommend uk whitegoods for parts”

“The item I wanted - a salad bin - was outrageous priced and smacks of being controlled by some mafia or cartel. These things just don't cost that much to make. If the Office of Fair Trading was still operational I would have referred this to them.”

Why take your anger out on us? We don't make the parts we only sell them. Your beef is with the maker, not us as they set the pricing but thanks for your so-called review. So if you referred it to anyone and named us, you'd get nowhere as it's got not a thing to do with us, as we explained to you but you clearly have paid no heed to that.

No, we couldn't, sorry, because the part you needed was nil stock across Europe with all suppliers and a 5-6 week lead time which, sadly, we can do nothing about at all if nobody has what you need anywhere. Whilst we like to believe we're good at what we do, we don't have mystical powers to make items appear that cannot be found anywhere.

“Kenneth Watt replied almost immediately to my email confirming that I had found the correct milk shelf to fit my fridge freezer. I then proceeded to order it (at a very reasonable price) the shelf arrived around a week later and it fits perfectly! Many thanks to all, great service, would highly recommend.”
