“Great customer service, I mistakenly thought they had sent me the wrong part and they were quick to offer to send the right one again and a label for return of the "wrong one". Although it was my error, it shows how helpful they were and how willing they are to try to help if there is a problem. Cannot fault their helpful customer services.”

“Ordered goods 13th March Now 1st April and still not received goods due ro issue in supply chain. No updates unless I email and keep.being told it will be dispatxhedin a few days - still waiting. The response to my emails was quick but still.no part!”

“It took a bit time to come but the item i ordered arrived and it was the right part considering my washing machine is 15 years and they no longer make them very hard to get part for so it's all good thanks 👍”

“I contacted the guys at Whitegoods after seeing their offer on line to attempt to source spare parts. I was particularly impressed as they gave a prompt response that although initially was unsuccessful they did recommend a competitor who may be able to help. A few days later they re contacted me having located one of the parts I needed providing a link to order it too even though it was not a white goods part! I was very impressed and most grateful as my own attempts had drawn a blank!”

“Yes, when I contacted white goods asking where product was, there did respond the next day. But unfortunately I still don't have my order. I understand it's coming from France, but this has been over three now, and I have not had any correspondence from them telling that my product is on it way here. Not really happy, has I need this part to fix my washing machine and it comes quite an expensive taking my cloths to the launderette”

“Brilliant super quick response when i asked for advice on replacement hinges for my Fridgemaster Fridge. Advice was spot on, Hinges supplied were OE so installation was straightforward and so far they have performed well. £47 has saved me scrapping an otherwise serviceable fridge. I would definitely recommend over what are likely to be poor imititation products on amazon which is a site great for books and cd's but you wont get the advice there that youll get from UK Whitegoods.”

“Easy to find the spare part I needed on the websitre and check it was both compatible and the correct item. However, it took foreeeeeeeever to arrive (4 weeks) and I received no response to an email to the customer service team chasing the order after 2 weeks. When it did arrive, it was well packaged and well-protected.”
