“The guy Kenneth was more than helpful with my query and found me the filter which was exactly what I was looking for from an absolete cooker fan How ever you did send my daughter an order for someone in England and also a double order for the above but you did send a prepaid return , I have since sent both of them back to you Many thanks Bertie Ludlow”

We gather the correct information so as to supply you the correct information and parts. Basically, we can do it the right way or we can guess and potentially get it wrong. 99.9% of customers prefer that we get it correct, even if it takes a little longer.

Yes, because it's a Bush product from Argos that there is no info on and no spares listed for. You should really complain to Argos, not us as we only supply parts we can actually get.
