Yes, utterly terrible that we supplied the part you ordered, isn't it? But that wasn't the one you actually needed and therefore the one you ordered was wrong. Yet somehow, that's our fault in your view.

We merely sent the seal that was ordered, we've no idea what it was being ordered for as there was no communication at all with you. All we can tell you is, the £4 seal you ordered is the seal that was sent.

“Very very very poor company. Ordered a part in good faith in June was not told at the time the part was not in. Why? Emailed july yes they do reply to be told September that came and went I emailed back now its November however you can have a refund. Why do they advertise a part that is not in?? This is the first time I've ever felt to give a business a bad review it's not something I do lightly!”

Sadly we are at the mercy of manufacturers for parts as we do not make them so, we are wholly reliant on them. That bottle shelf is actually made for Lec, Belling etc, by a Chinese company called Midea, which have been out of stock of them for months with the current (time of writing) ETA of 6-8 weeks. We have zero control over this, none whatsoever we cannot affect how any maker chooses to behave nor how quickly they supply a part. That leaves us with merely two options that we can offer to people, to await the part or to refund the order and cancel it. It truly is, the only options we have and that we can pass on. We wish it weren't so but, sadly it is.
