“Motor carbon brushes for Siemens washing machine. Needed to replace the carbon brushes on a Siemens washing machine. Got a pair of carbon brushes from UK Whitegoods, at a fraction of the cost at BHS (Siemens/Bosch) official site. Received the carbon brushes within 48 hours (free standard shipping) Carbon brushes replaced on washing machine motor, with no problems. An excellent service from UK Whitegoods, thank you, highly recomended.”

“The order and delivery process were both good. Unfortunately, I had to return the part unused. There was no communication (email or phone call) about the result of the return. I was about to raise a complaint when I found that a refund had been made in good time. Excellent service - communication could be improved.”

“Unfortunately the delivery driver put the parcel in the wrong place and whitegoods was not helpful in insisting on a refund from the parcel company (evri), so I did not get my part and I still had to pay for it.”

“I needed some bulbs for a fridge and then an oven. I wasn’t sure what I needed as I couldn’t see anything like what I had removed from the fridge but the help was quick and perfect! It was the same size/shape I needed for the oven so that was easy to order. I have been very happy with the service, products and delivery from my recent orders”
