“DISGUSTING SERVICE, swallowed the purchase as a bad quality seal. Not communicating any further with incompetence. BOUGHT another seal elsewhere. DONT RECOMMEND USING UK WHITEGOODS”

The genuine seal is what you got. There is no alternative and so, one only at one level or quality only. We can only provide that, not anything else despite your aspersions. It broke months and months later, almost 100% for sure due to another problem but that wasn't the answer you wanted so, despite our trying to help you find out why and effect a proper repair you stomped off in a huff.
