“Paid for the fastest delivery and they sent it via total mail!! This was around the time there were strikes, surely they should have picked a better method. Fortunately the kitchen installer who needed the part came back free of charge to fit.”

“Ease of ordering, (Score-4) Paid xtra for asap shipping, that doesn’t mean they have the part in stock. Very frustrated with the website, parts were not onsite when ordered, 2 week delay because of shipping (score-1) Customer service by phone is not available, (score-0) Customer service by email is honest, responsive and informative (score-5), I was able to find my parts elsewhere, and received them in 2 days Requested customer service confirmation regarding canceling this order, +5 days and still no confirmation (score-0) 9 pt / 5 services = avg score 2”
