“Ordered a part for smegg cooker, chased 2 weeks later to see why I had not received the part and was told it's on order as not in stock. Why did I have to chase and why was I not advised it's not a stock item. Arrived after a month, if I had known I would have ordered one from the EU myself.”

“Took over 2 weeks to receive my order that I paid extra for faster delivery. There was no communication to let me know what was going on until I emailed them asking for a refund because I had to go elsewhere for my parts as I could not wait any more needing to get the washing machine back together. Very frustrating & poor service.”

We are very sorry that you faced a delivery delay of 18 days despite advertising an estimated 3-10 day delivery, including bank holidays, and that the product was damaged on arrival. But that will be replaced quickly free of charge.
