Wrong part!! Despite checking model number the part was way too small. No way it could ever fit that model. It was 15cm too small!!!!Still waiting for a refund

I ordered a part for a door for a SMEG cooker, and paid fastest delivery. Then I managed to smash a glass panel on the door when I stripped it down. So I ordered that on a separate order, again paying fastest delivery. It wasn't immediately apparent that you don't stock these parts, but order them in. I inquired on your inquiry form after a few days, and you told me this. A week later I inquired again. You said the parts were arriving that day. The parts were delivered together after 14 days. The service was mostly good. The parts were correct and fitted perfectly. They were excellently packed. It would've been nice for the communication to have been more proactive. And I paid £9 twice for fast delivery. One dispatch, £18. That sticks in the throat a bit.

Was not advised when ordering that the item was out of stock. Had to contact them, and now I'm still waiting for the part. Not a great experience!

Good price for a part. Long waiting time for delivery although I paid extra for 3-5 days courier service. After I contacted the company, I received reply that part has to be specially ordered. I wouldn’t mind if I would be informed about longer waiting time in advance. Genuine part, working ok.

Item didn't arrive. Enquired to as where it was and was advised the item was lost in delivery. Was told another was being sent out and this didn't arrive/wasn't sent. Enquired and asked for a refund which was sent in a couple of days.

Ordered a part thay was put of stock, only found this out after contacting whitegoods, still awaiting delivery, poor customer service should never have sold this if it was out of stock.
