“Thank you for your recent reply to my query. It was super quick after no success from my own research. That is why I reached out to you having found your site. I did take your advice and read your article. On reflection I probably will purchase a newer or new fridge freezer, instead of repairing what is a 20+year old appliance. Many thanks again and if I need any further advice will not hesitate to contact you.”

“Waited 6 odd weeks for a piece of glass for my cooker hood could see before I opened it was smashed the long box was twisted and bent. They didn't even have the sense to write FRAGILE on it !”

“The guys up there really know their stuff, and whilst the phone lines are not active the e mail response was almost instant, I sent a photo of my cooker with a few details and within minutes the price and availability of the spare was in my inbox. 3 days later I received the part and I fitted it in less than 30 minutes. I cant praise these guys enough, great service, and a great price - thank you!”

“Fantastic experience. I was looking for some non-branded door shelves for an old Smeg build in fridge, plus a door flap for a cheapo freezer. UK Whitegoods couldn't have been more helpful and saved me over £90 against branded prices. When I ordered a slightly more expensive door shelf by mistake, they even pointed this out to me and sorted it out.”
