“Hi, I've awarded PSB Sales the highest score, not because everything went smoothly but because their courier damaged part of the order and PSB immediately dispatched a replacement, which arrived the following day. What makes a company 'Very Good' in my opinion is how they cope when things go wrong. On this occasion PSB Sales could not have done more to rectify a problem they didn't create. Great service!”
