“I recently purchased birkenstock sandals from shoestation direct , it was easy to do Online , processed very quickly and delivered in a couple of days. Unfortunately they were too big I returned them and again shoestation were very good Processing the refund quickly . So I am about to reorder a different style and size of sandal”

“Sent me the wrong size...telephone number just goes on divert. Returned goods but not reimbursement made...very poor customer service. I would like to withdraw my previous one star rating. Once they received my return of goods they reimbursed me. They were very apologetic and understood my frustration with their telephone system”

“I am very impressed with ShoeStation Direct. Customer service are prompt with any queries. Also, I had a fault on one of my boots (manufacture fault) I had just received and they responded very well with the problem. From receiving the first order, sorting the fault, returning the faulty boots and then receiving a replacement happened all inside a week. I would not hesitate in ordering from them again. Highly recommended.”
