“The products have always arrived in a great condition and very quickly. The only time I had to return a pair of boots due to buying 2 pairs to confirm sizes the refund was processed quickly and easily with no issues. My only issue is that now I know of this site I keep buying boots that I don't need but at the prices I can't say no.”

“Not a good review I'm afraid. I purchased some Skechers boots which unfortunately weren't a good fit. I have tried every way to find out how I can return them. I have not been able to find a returns information that is suitable. I did not have a packing order or a delivery order with the boots, in fact, nothing! I am going to try and send them back with all the details I have managed to find on PayPal! I'm very disappointed as I was kept informed via delivery, order etc.”

“Everything about ShoeStation was good apart from one thing, in numerous attempts to ring them they never answered the phone. They responded to emails, the product was good at a good price and they did what they said they would do. Overall would use again.”
