I read through the returns policy before ordering my item, and I was pleased to see that they had a simple return policy for the item if it didn't fit correctly. I was very impressed to receive my item the next day, as I had ordered it on a weekend, and I didn't pay any extra for delivery. I will definitely be using them again, if I need to buy any more shoes for work.”

I had to send back the boots for a different size and that was easy too. Would be nice to have a free returns policy but overall I am happy to buy from this company again”
