“The chukka boots are great for me, because I have a high instep. Nice leather with moulded sole unit. The plastic welt protection strip that covers the join of the upper to the sole, snapped at the end of the heel before the arch and came away . I was away on holiday and needed to wear them but a simple drop or superglue fastened it and it holds just fine I was in no position to send the boots back and i like them.. wearing them now”

“The products have always arrived in a great condition and very quickly. The only time I had to return a pair of boots due to buying 2 pairs to confirm sizes the refund was processed quickly and easily with no issues. My only issue is that now I know of this site I keep buying boots that I don't need but at the prices I can't say no.”

“Not a good review I'm afraid. I purchased some Skechers boots which unfortunately weren't a good fit. I have tried every way to find out how I can return them. I have not been able to find a returns information that is suitable. I did not have a packing order or a delivery order with the boots, in fact, nothing! I am going to try and send them back with all the details I have managed to find on PayPal! I'm very disappointed as I was kept informed via delivery, order etc.”
