“Great looking product , but I heated soup at 545am , opened flask at 12pm ....and soup was luke warm at best .....I hope this was a blip ! If not then does not do what it alleges”

“Disappointed! I bought 2 coffee cups as they look great but I've been let down on functionality. Both leaked when standing upright in a bag and definitely don't stay hot for 4 hours. I make coffee at home and drink it a couple of hours later and it's lukewarm. Unfortunately they don't live up to my expectation.”

Hi Emma, Thanks for your review and for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that the Pacto wasn't what you were expecting. Unfortunately, it is only splashproof rather than leakproof so we do advise that it's kept upright at all times to avoid any leakages. Splashproof means that it will slow down any spillages but it will still leak if it's tipped up. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. However, they should be keeping your drinks hot for up to 4 hours. “Love the deep pink colour and the 500ml water bottle with straw lid. Easy to flip up and down. I’m not a huge fan yet of the matching coffee cup I got. The round bowl like one. Iv had coffee slip down my chin , onto my uniform at times. Just not the most easiest of drinking so I need to either be very careful or save it for home as it does keep my drink warm after heating wjth hot water prior.”

“Really pretty food flask doesn't keep food for as long as they say tho however my cold lunch like fruit and yogurt keeps cool for ages just hot food for me after 2 hours it's lukewarm despite warming like the instructions state”

“Disappointed, my mistake as didn't read the description properly. It isn't leak proof which makes it unsuitable for my use. Also find it uncomfortable to drink from as the slider hits your nose as you drink. My super market flask which is half the price is a better design and leak proof.”

“They’re good cups. They keep drinks hot/cold, whichever preference you have. I personally don’t like the lids as they push in rather than screw, meaning the cups aren’t leak proof. Nice cup, but I wouldn’t have kept it if it wasn’t in the sale.”

“Looks wise, I love my ' guzzler ' , BUT as for functionality, ime not overwhelmed tbh ! Only had this a few weeks and it already looks like it's been on an ascent to K2 N back , Ohh and it leaks !! Sorry, but ime not a happy bunny.”

Hi Shauna, Thanks for your review, it's really appreciated :) I'm pleased to hear that you love the Pacto mugs! Unfortunately, they are a little wide at the base as they were designed to be like stemless wine glasses so they won't fit in most cup holders. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. We have received feedback from our customers to say that they've had success with a cup holder extender so this may be something you'd want to look in to if you intend on using them in your car :) If you have any questions or if there's anything we can do to help in the future, please let us know. “I have several item from this company. However, was extremely disappointed that advertised calix cup with the plastic/rubber straw and lid, ordered in a green for no straw lid to come with. When contacting company advised ONLY the leopard print calix cup comes with straw, do not supply with other calix cups, I HATE metal straws and unable to buy lids with plastic/rubber straws, unfortunately until SHO introduce the straws for calix cups in have no interest in purchasing anymore for family or friends. Alot like to drink iced coffee.”

Even our Straw Lid included Leopard Print Calix cups come complete with the stainless steel straws advertised on our website rather than plastic straws. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. I can see that you've since been in contact with our support team to arrange a return for your Calix. Our XL Tumblers do come with a plastic straw if you're looking for an alternative product which may be more suitable for what you need :) If you have any questions, please let us know. “Cup is great at holding temperature, love the leopard print design. One thing I don’t love is the lid. I only have herbal tea and no sugar but drink gets stuck in the slider part of the lid and it is almost impossible to open and close at times. Also doesn’t feel hygienic as it is difficult to clean. I have started using the straw and straw lid because of this but really doesn’t feel right drinking a hot drink through a straw but the lid, spout and slider is a design flaw in my opinion.”

“Finish looks good, doesn’t seem to leak and keeps drinks cool over the course of the day. Mine has developed a metallica sounding jingle after a few days of use - sounds like something has dislodged inside the flask.”

“It says in the advert it keeps drinks hot for 12 hours after 8 hours it Luke warm. It would of been ideal to take a hot drink on walks. Another waste of money.”
