I love the company and It's a lovely looking bottle that I got. But my water hasn't stayed cold for 12 hours. Such a shame as I had high hopes for this bottle.

Having used my cup a few times I know find it is starting to leak from the lid so has to be carried in hand everywhere and cannot be put in a bag

Disappointed with my purchase not worth £20 went down to £16 as soon as I brought it,and no flip up sippy part to drink from have to undo like a bottle,havnt even used it,have it back if you want it

Both bottles are broke one doesn't keep drinks cold anymore and the is leaking so I think I have wasted my money in not impressed with them at all

Order process was fine, but delivery not so good. Item was ordered in good time to serve as a gift for a birthday, but due to Royal Mail ineptitude (appreciated this is not Sho!) the item was delivered almost week after order. Then, to make things worse the brush that was ordered was not in the delivery, yet the invoice slip suggested otherwise. Still waiting for the brush to arrive!

I'm upset I ordered 2 only received one of the food flasks I've had an apology and sending the other one out they were presents for my sons still waiting for the other one hope it arrives soon it should have arrived ASAP to be honest

Every time I try and order from SHO, the order gets cancelled immediately with no explanation. Very frustrating as I have lived my SHO products in the past

I bought 3 water bottles, one for each of my children. My one year old threw hers out of the stroller the day after they arrived and cracked the lid in half. Obviously, I understand it was her fault but thought since I’d just spent £60 on three water bottles, Sho might’ve replaced it for her with it being a day old. I was disappointed with their response basically saying no but I could buy one. I will but I thought it was reasonable to ask for one as a gesture of goodwill, given it was brand new. Never mind, the water bottles are good and keep water cool whilst the children go about their daily activities.

I love the water bottles, but this cup is really disappointing. Doesn't fit in the car, after a few uses it's really hard to keep the inside looking nice and the drink doesn't stay very hot for long. Bought as a treat for myself but would not recommend or buy for others. There are a lot better thermos cups available.

Very disappointed in this product. Leaked everywhere while tucked in my arm walking to the car and then while in car. Requested a return and I’m told to video it…..like I’m lying! Dealing with enough right now after losing my dad so no, I won’t be videoing it. When told them that they just send care instructions. Absolute joke. Never experienced anything like it from any other company I’ve returned too. Shocking customer service. Cup is in the bin!!

The bottles are lovely and have great designs but I’m not sure if the straws are too long or something but my kids can’t drink out of them. It’s like the straws are blocked (but they’re not) Really disappointed

Love the look of the cup HATE the push on lid - not secure and comes off - very disappointing - would have preferred screw lid.

Absolutely gutted with this cup, I’ve had the same Sho cup for 5 years and it was starting to look scruffy so as a big leopard print lover I thought I’d treat myself to the black one, especially since it has a sealed lid - my old one didn’t. However my cup of 5 years keeps my coffee hotter than this one! I’m not sure if mines faulty - but I’m lucky if it keeps it hot for 1hr - luke warm yes, hot No! Really really disappointed. Looks the part but failed me on the keeping my morning coffee hot and as a practice nurse I thought this would be ideal to keep my drink hot through my morning clinics. Sadly I thought wrong.
