Really poor customer service. Purchased a bottle in January (one of many) only used afew times a week for cooled boiled water. Send the 'chief happiness' officer photos of an issue with the bottle to be sent away to do a deep clean. I own several bottles/products from sho that get used for more than water and have never had this issue yet it got blamed on build up and cleaning. I completed several deep cleans and the issue remains. Obviously a faulty product but offered no refund, replacement or even discount. Needless to say after many years I will take my money elsewhere now.

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback and review. I've had a look over your emails and unfortunately it does look like your bottle needed a deep clean to remove the hard water build-up in your bottle. I can see that there was an improvement after your first deep clean from the photos you popped across. I'm afraid some stubborn build-ups can take a couple of deeper cleans to be completely removed but you if you follow the cleaning steps we've advised you to complete then your bottle should return to full working condition. Unfortunately, hard water build-up which has occurred with use under our Lifetime Guarantee, as this is not considered a fault with the product. I will never buy again as it’s utter rubbish my water went cold very quickly in just 2 hours. Then when I put a complaint in they said fill it again with hot water and wait 12 hours so I did that and told them the water was again cold!!! But since then I’ve had no response off the company so NO I wouldn’t recommend them.

Sadly, not a product for me. Didn’t fit in car cup holder, lid didn’t screw on so leaked easily and the drink hole was too large. Wanted to like it but it ended up in the bin after one use.

Bought this thermos based on reviews, first time soup was barely hot after 7 hours and I put it boiling hot in the thermos. Today I warmed thermos with hot water before putting boiling hot soup and after 6 hours at 120 it was warmish but not even hot. Won’t be using again!

Arrived damaged packaging and was a gift took days to resolve and still not great , also they delete bad Facebook reviews , spent near 90 pound and service was terrible , must say products are good if service was better

Received a damaged bottle with no straw, contact customer services but not easy to deal with , long waits for responses and still not happy with their service. Very disappointing as had heard great things about them.

I asked for customization which includes 2 emojis and one alphabet, but I got the product only with one letter. If the emojis customization is not possible, at least it should be mentioned or informed prior. I order the product to gift it to someone, but now how can I give it.

Really disappointed with this purchase. Not leakproof so always beed to carry carefully, uncomfortable design for drinking second half of cup, thick rim and not able to put in dishwasher. Read the blurb before buying!

Was expecting great things from this but really disappointed, simply does not keep my drinks warm. Bought in 3 colours and all 3 don’t function as stated. Very light weight. Kid could do with being more secure.

Bought the flask and definitely would not recommend. Tried numerous different things piping hot and few hours later was luke warm which was very disappointing. Bought bottles and they r absolutely fantastic but wouldn’t get another flask.

As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. Terrible product that does not work. Customer service is useless, patronising and not bothered in the slightest about being accountable for how poorly made their product is ( Claix cup. ) no resolution provided and had to escalate to Citizens Advice.

Unfortunately, you have misunderstood here and the Calix is only splash proof rather than 100% leak proof so your product is performing as advertised. I feel they have mis-sold the Calix cup.. The advertising shows people filling the cup straight from the kettle, making hot chocolate and then going off to the woods.. Nowhere in the adverts do they tell you that you have to wait at least 20 minutes before putting the lid on for the water to get cold enough to put the lid on.. They don’t honour the guarantee..

Unfortunately, the steam from higher temperatures can cause the lid to lift a little which can then lead to leaking. We'd recommend either leaving the lid off until your drinks have cooled slightly or leave the slider open to act as a steam release to prevent this if you're intending on using boiling hot water inside the cup. This advice is available in our FAQ section, on the underside of the Slider Lid, and on the instructions card that comes with the product. Our Lifetime Guarantee covers faulty products and manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, it doesn't cover non-faulty products and user error. i bought the reusable sports bottle that said it keeps drinks hot for 12 hours . very very poor as drink isnt even still hot after 2 hours despite pre-wrming the bottle . i have a £3 one that keeps it hotter for a lot lot longer

I’m sad to say I can’t leave a very good review. I had the sports bottle for Christmas in a beautiful dusky pink. Took it to school (I’m a teacher) and had it on the carpet next to me whilst I was leading a circle time. The bottle was accidentally knocked onto its side and the lid split/cracked. I assumed it must be faulty as it was such a small knock to cause a crack. I contacted customer services who refused a replacement but said I could have 20% off a new lid or bottle. Then found out they don’t do a replacement lid in the dusky pink colour so I’ve now got a bottle with a different coloured lid. I realise in the grand scheme of the world this is not a massive problem but I’ve never had a ‘posh’ water bottle before, I’ve only had cheap supermarket bottles so I was really excited to get a fancy one for Christmas. A real shame to be left so disappointed, I’ll stick to the supermarket ones in the future I think.
