“Looks good but I don't think it keeps food hot for very long ,I have tried my flask 3 times now for hot food I have even warmed it up first with hot water but my hot food was only tepid after four hours .”

Hi Frank, I'm really sorry to hear this. As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. “The item looks really well made. A little disappointed as it does not keep the food very hot after 5-6 hrs mine is only like warm, despite heating with hot water prior to using.”

“Cup is good - but it is (almost) too good - hot drinks are too hot to drink for at least 2 hours. It is great for not breaking or even spilling when knocked over. Food flask is very useful, especially for soups. Design flaw - strap handle is awkward yet essential for pouring as the flask is too wide for one hand. Missing item - another lid for the cup to allow drinking of thick soup. Straw lid for the cup is useful - pity that they did not send it with the cup.”

“The flask is good but not practical for on the go It does not fit in cup holders in the car and even with the extra lid that closes it spills when slightly tilted”

“The bottle is excellent in a lot of ways keeping drinks cold for 8+. Hours, my only negative feedback would be some sort of grip or handle mid bottle and it would be the complete package thank you”

“Lovely selection of designs. Really pleased with my cup and its fast delivery. Only four stars because I wish the cup had come with a sealable cap as standard, not as an extra - it wasn’t entirely clear from the photos on the website the kind of lid that came with it.”

“Lovely flask, great ordering and delivery experience and the reduced price was good too. My only query is what to do with the flask lid when I use the supper lid. The flask has the lid attached which I have pulled off. Difficult to use now with the strap!”

“My grandson really like the dinosaur bottle l got him and the size is perfect for his age, but ld have preferred the green bottle top rather than the orange one (you didn't have any green left), admittedly the orange is a bit wishy washy really.”
