“I have loved purchasing a number of SHO products but sadly I am disappointed in the lack of bright colours. Red, yellow, green, blue etc, all the bright ones are in our collection. Most bottles keep the water cold but not as long as stated at times.”

“I have 2 coffee style cups, one is floral which I use for tea/coffee each day. Keeps my drinks warm most of the day which is great. However I do find it a bit heavy. Also bought a sports bottle to take on holiday to keep my drinks cool. Again bottle a bit heavy but I’m sure will do the job.”

“Lovely products. Only gripe is that I ordered the drinks bottle with the straw attachment and it came with the normal screw lid, not sure how to rectify this. All other items are perfect and use coffee cup everyday.”

“Great at keeping my coffe warm, but unfortunately it isn't leak proof. I was really looking for something that would keep my coffee warm during my cycle to work, so I'd have a nice warm coffee after my shower. I tried the cup in my bottle cage and got wet legs. The next day I put it in my back pack and by the time I'd got to work all my clothes were wet.”

Hi Dreana, Thanks for your review :) Unfortunately, our coffee cups are only splash proof so they do need to be kept upright to avoid any spillages. Apologies for any confusion caused here. However, I'm pleased to hear that you've been getting on well with the heat retention of your cups despite this. “Love the bottle and find it great for cold drinks. This is my second as I needed to replace my first one after dropping it one too many times getting out the car. I didn't give 5 stars because the plastic seal for the straw lid keeps coming loose, no matter how I put it back in, and leaving me with water pouring everywhere.”

“I ordered a couple of the kids bottles in different sizes and the pacto travel mug. All beautiful designs and great service from the company. The colours are vibrant and eye catching. Easy to clean. My only gripe is when carrying hot tea in the mug it tends to bubble up through the little ventilation hole on the lid when the mug is closed. Also the kids bottles spill very easily if tipped over, I was hoping they'd be a little more spill resistant for my toddler but I'll just keep them until she's less likely to tip them.”

“Loved my old calix cups but lost a couple. New colours are great but I really don't like the plastic lids at all and am super disappointed that the proper metal sipper lids are no longer available.”

“I love the bottle but the straw is a touch annoying. Cut to the length suitable, when lid is shut properly it is extremely difficult to suck liquid. It's like there is something preventing the liquid from coming up the straw. I have to open lid until its nearly off to get a proper draw of water! Still love my bottle though!”
