“Really lovely giraffe bottle. Brought as a leaving gift for a colleague. She loved it. Didn’t arrive in time and took 10 days to arrive, missing her leaving do so had to post it on to her!”

“I have two bottles and they are great. My water stays warm for an entire day. However, the food flask is not great. Food goes cold in a few hours (despite me pre-warming it).”

“Product is beautiful, hope it is sturdy. But the description is a bit hard to understand. I needed to order separately another lid, as which I've got with it was only for drinking, could not be closed.”

“I'm very happy with my beautiful steel coffee cup. The carboard packaging...I like to think recycled...is beautiful, it would make a wonderful gift. Postage was rapid, and the company seems to offer excellent customer service.”

“I absolutely loved my purchase, but I will say the only downfall was that there is no seal for the moth piece, and I am unable to use my mugs in my workplace as I work in an educatsetting and all mugs used have to have a sealed mouth piece to prevent spillages.”

“I love this food flask and it works very well if the flask is full and used as directed. The only problem is that it’s a little large for what I would usually eat meaning I have to decide between packing more food than I need or having cooler food.”

“Well made product and looks good. Kept my drink warm for my 4 hour drive but not sure if it would have lasted 10 hours. Only real issue I have is the width of the base, it’s a bit big to fit in the cup holder in my car and doesn’t tend to sit properly in the holder.”

“I have bought the bottle and flask, i love them both, keeps the water ice cold, in fact i think i need a bigger bottle. Food flash is great, actually its amazing. I chose a patterned bottle in lovely bright orange. Goes everywhere with me. You won't be sorry.”

“Really good stuff and so attractive. Although I warmed my flask with boiling water my coffee was not hot when I drank it 3 hours later. What did I do wrong?”

“Is genuinely leakproof to date but definitely does not keep food or drink hot or cold. Tepid within an hour so disappointing from that point of view. Same issues with 3 items I have bought so suspect is manufacturing issues.”

Hi Julia, I'm really sorry to hear this. As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. “Lovely product and I love the colour. I have used it for soup on several occasions and it keeps the food warm (not hot as when it went in) after 5 to 6 hours. I would recommend the product.”
