“Great at keeping drinks hot, however as I use it to take a coffee to work in the mornings it is disappointing that it doesn’t for in the drinks holder in the car, rendering it somewhat useless”

“Bottle arrived and was lovely but I ordered a straw as the bottle was a gift for grandson. The correspondence and new straw arriving took around 3 weeks to resolve and so my grandson hasn't been able to use bottle yet. Emails and queries take to long to resolve.”

“The drinks bottle does not keep the drink as cold as I expected. I'm not sure it's any better than the ones I have bought before for a fraction of the price. I purchased the straw to go with the bottle and I'm not really impressed with this either, it works when it wants to, seems like the straw is too long and half the time I'm sucking up air. Definitely wouldn't recommend the bottle and straw especially as its still soexpensive despite the 'Promotional' price drop. The cup I bought was a little better I've not tried that with cold drinks but it keeps hot drinks hot for quite a while. Disappointed that there is not a stopper/flap to seal the drinking hole as it spills when I am driving and it is far too wide to fit in my cup holder in the car. The colours are pretty.”

“Sho came highly recommended by my partner who has a whole range of their products so when it came to me finding a couple of new bottles (1 for hot drinks for work and an extra large bottle for home for cool drinks) I decided to order from their website. Luckily for me their products are currently half price and I know they certainly look smart enough so I ordered the 1.5L bottle to start me off. Very impressive packaging and aesthetically it's the bees knees so was instantly enamoured with it. However one of the fundamentals of a drinks bottle you'd think would be the lid. Without a decent lid the whole point of these thermally insulated bottles make them as useful as a glass or mug practically. My lid just goes around and around and you have really find a sweet spot for the lid to close. Needles to say my drinks are warming up too quickly and so I sent an email to complain. I don't like complaining but this bottle is very smart, I love the design and the handle too etc but my first purchase and my lid won't fit. My partner? All of her stuff is perfect. Oh well ... I did get a rapid response and have been sent a new lid for which I await the arrival. If this should just be a case of swapping a lid over then happy days! If so, of course I will be coming back to amend my review.”

“Ordered a bottle a cup and a straw . Lovely design but straw didn't " such up liquid " - I emailed, had a few days wait for a reply asking me to put a pin into the valve from both sides. Still didn't suck up just made a loud slurping noise. Still waiting a week later for a replacement but sure it will come eventually”

“There is nothing wrong with the straws that I recently bought. What I do have an issue with is buying a product with a lid, which these straws do not fit, therefore being forced to buy another lid for the same product, so that they do. Just make a lid with a hole that fits the straw from the get-go. I guess it is all about the profits though.”

“Products are very good and keep liquids hot for a long time. Unfortunately my delivery took 11 days to be delivered which meant I missed the event I required it for. Do not purchase if you need urgently!”

“The item came within the 3-5 working days. Lovely design, however I assumed it had a lid that twisted to make it leak proof and that you could travel with it. Maybe my fault for not reading the description properly. But it wasn’t fit for the purpose for the present I wanted and I had to order another mug elsewhere. I have just kept the sho cup myself although I haven’t used it yet.”

“Website was easy to use. Once purchased the update thar it was processed was good. However, the next lot of correspondence I received to say it was shipped was the same day I received it, so I can't comment on delivery time. I spent days looking for the email that didn't come until the day I got the items. Packaging was appropriate, no damage to the items.”

“Unfortunately the straw doesn’t work, contacted customer services tried freeing it up with a needle as requested but still no luck …. Bottle however is lovely just don’t waste the money on the sports cap”

“Brought a 260ml 2.0 SHO Original, am happy with the product…. However be cautious as I found out the following: The website states please contact support to arrange a return - this is not the case, support will inform you to arrange the return yourself please be wary of this as it is misleading (the emails from SHO also mention Hassle free return, so maybe there is some correction needed)”

“Bottles are great. Got an adult and a kids one. Unfortunately after a very short time the paint is chipping of the kids bottle. This doesn’t affect the use of the bottle but it could be something to be improved in future designs”

“The metal lid gets very hot as I drink coffee hot and black so I can only use the cup for cool or cold drinks. Very disappointed and not what I wanted but you get what you pay for. Next time I’ll pay the extra from a different supplier and get something I can use.”
