“I love this, it's great for taking lunch to work and keeps the food warm. My only issue, and it is a tiny issue, is that I would prefer a plastic spoon as I can't stand metal on metal but that's just my preference.”

“Hi, the quality of the food containers is very high. However, there is a rattling coming from inside the casing that doesn’t seem quite right. Other than that I am happy with the product. What can be done and is it broken internally?”

“The 800ml food container keeps the food at the perfect temperature. Only two slight niggles hence the deduction of 1 star - the container opening could be wider to avoid spillage when filling with certain foods. The spoon could be longer to reach the bottom of the container that bit easier.”

“Love my SHO coffee cup - keeps my coffee/tea nice and hot gave a 4 because it has a slight leak round the lid. Held it upright in my bag when u needed to show train tkt or go through barrier or needed extra hand. Not much but enough to make other things wet.”

“It’s a lovely container. All I would say is the spork for the bigger container is too small and you have to put your hand in to make it reach the bottom but I just bring a spoon from home with me so kir exactly the end of the world . Hasn’t leaked which is the main concern.”
