“I ordered the large food flask and find it difficult to fill to the top with food. If its not completely full even after heating with hot water prior to using it doesn't stay hot. Unless you can fill the large stick to the smaller one.”

“The cup is really good for keeping my drink hot. But, it does have a smell of metal ?? And even though i have washed it a number of times, it does maje my tea have a metal like taste! If i use it for coffee it doesnt taste of metal as much!”

“I love the pattern and overall look , initially it seemed to be a fantastic product until you get to the bottom of the drink and your unable to get the rest of the drink out and have to take the lid off to finish. It is difficult when your in lessons with children and can’t finish your drink if its a hot drink. I purchased a Melanie Miles tumbler and a slider splash proof lid .”

“I love the bottle. The design is gorgeous and drinks stay nice and hot or cold when using the original lid. HOWEVER, I’m soooo disappointed with the straw lid. I feel like I’m going to give myself a hernia when trying to drink through it. The straw works fine when you unscrew it from the bottle so the issue is clearly the valve is not fit for purpose. It just doesn’t work. Bit of a let down really and knocked my confidence in the brand. Such a shame”

“Love the pattern on my hard wearing sho cup. Easy to clean, too. Not impressed with the lid though. It's grey and hard to get black tea stain off and it leaks even when it's closed.”

“I have bought 4 of these cups for a girls trip expecting them to be in the same league as all the other Sho products I have bought, I wish I hadn’t bought these. Coffee spilt in car even though in cup holder, struggled with this at the station had more coffee on me than in the cup. Please please get alternative lids that close like your competitors and like the one on the Paxton.. as it is the 4 cups are just languishing in my cupboard. It’s a travel cup that doesn’t allow you to travel with. Keeps the drink hot and the colours are amazing.. love your products but this one is really not worth it.”

“Previous experience of Sho was great however they had a great offer on before Xmas so I paid for the order but it never arrived. I waited a while given the postal strikes however once it was clear I wasn’t getting my order before Xmas I contacted them to tell them and just to cancel and refund. The response was very “couldn’t care less” and they said that the order hadn’t actually been placed at their end even though it had been paid for over 3 weeks earlier.”
