“It took over a week from purchase to be dispatched so took forever to come which yes it was over Christmas so can’t really be helped I guess. Lovely food flask I got off my sister for Christmas. Doesn’t stay hot for even 6 hours let alone 12, it’s more like lukewarm. That’s after preheating the flask with boiling water for 15 mins. My food flask I got for £10 from Tesco stays hotter for longer. Same with my fortis I bought to match the food flask, lovely colour but doesn’t stay hot for 12 hours. I also got one from Tesco for about £12 which stays hot for a full 12 hour shift, the fortis sadly does not. I got the food flask for Christmas, then bought the fortis and a 1l bottle and the 1.9 guzzler. The bottle lid for the 1l came and was broken, it took a while for that to be sent out and actually arrive, kinda expected a note saying like oopsy sorry, here’s £5 off for the inconvenience, cause I mean these products aren’t cheap either. And as demonstrated, there are other ones that are cheaper and stay hotter longer. Pretty though.”

“Bought this to use for hot drinks but because you have to leave it to cool for 10 mins before you can close the lid properly. I tried to drink from it after a little while and the lid came off. Not safe. Would get a higher rating if it was a screw on lid and would feel ok to use it. Will probably work well with cold drinks.”

“I bought this for my husband as he takes lunches to work my thinking was in the winter I could make him soups stews casseroles etc for a hot lunch however he said it wasn’t hot when lunch time came just warm so a little disappointed”

“Bottles and flasks are great. However I recently had an issue and did not feel the customer service was great. I have bought from SHO since the beginning and always been a big advocate for their products recommending them to family and friends. But felt a little let down when I had an issue.”

“So disappointed. Loved the colour but then my daughter has had it for a week and it's got a huge dent in it from a drop of less than 12in. It was her new school bottle. So upsetting.”

“Loved the idea of an insulated bottle for my daughter and the designs were fun so ordered one with a straw lid. The main reason I chose this was because it was leak proof when on its side with the straw up. Had an issue with Royal Mail, customer support came back after a couple of days and were very helpful and friendly, email response was written by a human rather than a generic message which was great. When the item arrived the packing was lovely, perfect as a gift, but upon opening it looked as though it has been previously opened as the tissue inside was crumpled and ripped. The screw top lid on inspection had a chip in the paint and a couple of light scrapes. I contacted customer services again who were very friendly and helpful and sent me a new bottle which I was very happy with, they told me they had some new people working for them and they open items for quality checks and assured me the bottle was new. When the new bottle arrived I opened it and it was exactly the same, crumpled ripped tissue and the lid AGAIN has scratches on it. I cannot believe when they’re sending a replacement for a faulty product they’ve not thoroughly checked they’re not sending out something else faulty. I can’t be bothered to go back to customer services again, I’d feel like a pain if I did, I don’t want something for nothing I just want the item in the condition I paid for it to be in. To add to this I tested the bottle for leak proofing and it literally pours out of the little hole behind the straw intended to let air in when drinking. Overall it’s a nice bottle, customer service were very helpful and want the best for customers but I couldn’t recommend, definitely don’t buy as a gift without checking the quality first.”

“Flexi mug is absolutely fantastic.. keeps drinks hot for hours (lid on) However Unfortunately my lid of my Fortis has come loose from the inner so once cool the lid just spins and won’t come off.”

“The ordering part was easy and great, Currently there has been an issue with the postage and we are still awaiting the items. I’m really hopeful they will come soon. I have emailed for some support with this. I will update the review once/if they arrive.”

“Just received my new SHO bottle. It looks really solid, a great quality product which I'm really happy to have. However, and this is a big however, it was supposed to be dispatched with 24-48 hour delivery. I expect that means it will be with me in 24-48 hours... Delivery wasn't actually attempted until 7 days after the day of order. Not acceptable in this day and age. Because it took so long to be delivered I have only just received it 14 days after point of order.”
