Dreadful customer service. Emailed to say I still hadn’t received my order and no one replied. Placed my order on 28th June as wanted the cup got my holidays on 18th July. Once placed, I found out there was a delay on it due to one piece not available until 10th July. Still waiting and now won’t be here on time to take on holiday. Very disappointing as have bought a variety of items before.

I have lots of SHO . Originally they were very good products with exemplary customer service. My latest purchase was faulty so I'm returning it. They seemed more concerned about the manufacturer than the customer experience. The design & idea is great but I've had no assurance that the latest design can be quality checked before being sent out. Reluctantly, I won't purchase a SHO product again

More than 2 weeks since I made the order and i still haven't received the products. Also, the courier website does not provide a lot of updates as to where the product arrived. Disappointed.

My order was delivered to the wrong address and I was told that as it wasn’t my fault I’d have a replacement order sent out. I’m still waiting for the replacement order to arrive.

My order has been charged with an extra 23eur, when it was supposed to be a free delivery. Never received a reply from their customer service.

Brought 3 water bottles and a straw lid. My son used the straw lid and after one day of use the straw snapped off. After sending a photo to the company they refused to replace the lid for me saying that it wasn't broken when it clearly was. Very upset to spend so much money on what I thought would be a quality product.

Message from sho 12 2023 hopefully you have used the food flasks we delivered. I sent these back as not wanted as gifts .I have explained where they were returned From This cost £40 Most disappointing service ever .

I've had a look into this for you and I can see that your order was sent out on the 5th April (the day after you placed your order) but it got held up with Greek customs for a week once it reached your country. I do apologise for this. The pacto smaller cup does not fit into any standard cup holder which makes it completely useless as a portable cup. The response from customer service was extremely unhelpful - they told me to buy a cupholder extension from Amazon!! Won't be buying any further products on this basis which is a shame as I use water bottles all the time and was interested in the food flask but will go elsewhere now.

Hi there, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the shape of the Pacto. Unfortunately, this is too large to fit in the average sized cup holder which is with we do not advertise this on our website. However, all of our product dimensions can be found on our website if you're unsure. I can see that you've been in contact with the customer service team regarding an exchange. Unfortunately, as outlined in our Return Policy, we can only accept a return of a product that is 100% unused or washed out due to hygiene reasons. As you've already used your Pacto, we cannot accept this back for a return or exchange. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused. We did offer advice about a cup holder extender so you could still use the Pacto in a car cup holder, as you intended, as many of our customers use one with a lot of success. For the first time I was disappointed with SHO. Returned the bottle which was never delivered, I had to go and pick it up from the depot and then send it back.

I bought two guzzlers from sho, after having them less than a few weeks, one of the handles has cracked. It was not dropped, or thrown. I was beyond shocked, I kept it in the same place in my rucksack that I kept my very cheap (shein!) bottle for ten months prior. I contacted sho, and the response seemed to not care. I wasn't asked how the damage had happened, a photo and f the damage or anything- just that it wasn't covered and they didn't have any replacement lids. I'm really disappointed with both the quality and the lack of customer service, especially as I see Sho products of being premium quality.

Bought two childrens bottles with straw attachments. One of the lids was dropped after its first use and broke instantly. I was honest about the lid being dropped to customer service who have refused to replace the lid despite the product being under under 3 days old. Clearly not sturdy enough for any regular use, or this was a manufacturing fault as I've never had any issues with similar products from other brands. It's a shame as the designs are great for kids.

Hi there, Thanks for your review and I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, accidental damage is not covered under our Lifetime Guarantee. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused. A drop can damage the lid, especially when it's attached to a full bottle as it'll have the added weight of this too. Unfortunately, this can happen if it's dropped on the 3rd day or the 100th day - it's all down to how it lands, what height is was dropped from and how full the bottle was at the time. It does sound like you've been unlucky here to have dropped it within the 1st week of receiving your order. I can see that we've offered a discount code on a replacement Straw Lid as a gesture of goodwill but you've turned this down. Ordered a Pacto for Christmas, loved the colour and style! When it came, it was alot rounder than expected and didn't fit in either car holder! Also, the generic lid you get is a plastic/clear one with no hole plug, so a hot drink just spills out everywhere, also not (which ours did). Fine, ordered a new lid which had a slide cover, there is no screw attachment so the lid is not safely secure on the cup (compared to other competitors) who all have screw lids! Anyway, gave up the ghost and bought a different brand! Ordered via Amazon originally and the lid via the site directly! Wife complained directly and they were very passive about it all.

Hello Adam, Thanks for your feedback. I'm ever so sorry for any confusion when ordering the Pacto. At the time of your order, they did come with our older open sipping style lids. I can see that you purchased one of our closable Slider Lids to go with your Pacto? Unfortunately, these are not advertised as leak proof but they are splash proof so it is normal to see some leaking when using this lid. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Best wishes, Ellie

I ordered my items but accidentally entered my old address which is over 4 hours away from me now, the delivery was accepted by them, when I contacted customer service they said there was nothing they could do, I contacted where it had been delivered and they said they returned it to sender, when I told the company this they said they would contact me when they received it. I still haven't had any contact from the company, I know it was my mistake but being a big company I would expect a better resolution to this problem as this has happened once before with a different company and they refunded my order straight away and told me to re order to the correct address. I really liked the product but this experience has put me off ordering again

Being sent back as the bottles with straw kids u can tick and chose colour, but then u get the screw cap bottles. Support says u can’t get straw lids for them bottles as an option, well was an option 4 bottles being sent back Will not use Sho again

I can see that you've been in contact with our support team and they have explained that you did not add the Straw Lids to your order so it is correct that your bottles have come with the standard screw top lids instead. Postage was a nightmare! Took a week to deliver despite start 2/3 days. When I emailed I was just fobbed off. I wasn’t impressed with the customer service sadly.

We allow 1-2 working days to process and dispatch an order and then Royal Mail aim to deliver them within 2-3 working days.
