I’m sad to say I can’t leave a very good review. I had the sports bottle for Christmas in a beautiful dusky pink. Took it to school (I’m a teacher) and had it on the carpet next to me whilst I was leading a circle time. The bottle was accidentally knocked onto its side and the lid split/cracked. I assumed it must be faulty as it was such a small knock to cause a crack. I contacted customer services who refused a replacement but said I could have 20% off a new lid or bottle. Then found out they don’t do a replacement lid in the dusky pink colour so I’ve now got a bottle with a different coloured lid. I realise in the grand scheme of the world this is not a massive problem but I’ve never had a ‘posh’ water bottle before, I’ve only had cheap supermarket bottles so I was really excited to get a fancy one for Christmas. A real shame to be left so disappointed, I’ll stick to the supermarket ones in the future I think.

Cup broke in 2 weeks of a €25 bottle. Costumer service is rubbish. Do not recommend it at all

Made my porridge scalding hot at 0500 in morning and went to eat it at 0930 and it was barely lukewarm. Not happy at all,

Very disappointed with our bottle considering the price. Purchased for my son who dropped it on the first day of use in the house from his 70cm table and the straw lid shattered. I was told this was normal accidental damage which I think is very unusual - they wouldn’t replace it but offered a small discount! I’ve had cheap £2 bottles last longer than this so I won’t be buying these again!

Would not recommend. Mine broke within 3 weeks was not offered a replacement. Another customer with a similar issues did have hers replaced. Poor quality. Very disappointed.

I purchased the coffee travel mug it leaks everywhere when I contacted customer service they advised it was splash proof and not leak proof. When I asked if there was any different lids I could use they advised I could purchase the straw lid. Completely unusable and waste of money.

I got the cardboard box which I’m guessing the bottle comes in but I didn’t receive the bottle, not sure how that happens but it did.

Don't waste your money. I bought these to try and save money/ make eating at lunch easier for 2 teachers. Well we're 2 weeks in an unless the flask is stuffed full of food the food is stone cold by lunch time. The amount of food that's needed in the flask to keep the food hot is enough for 2 people. So you either have to choose to over eat/ waste food or have cold food if it's the correct size helping. Wished I'd bought cheaper ones from a supermarket where I wouldn't have been so upset with having cold lunch.

Bought the cup for hot drinks and it’s useless. Massive design flaw where your nose blocks the air hole so it isn’t smooth drinking experience. Contacted support who weren’t interested but admitted they knew there was an issue. Love their water bottles but will take my business elsewhere now

I purchased 3 Pacto cups for us, the first one we used is faulty and the lid comes off. I’m trying to return it but the customer service is very difficult to deal with wanting videos of the liquid leaking out the cup, asking exactly what temperature I have the liquid at. I just wanted to have a good quality working flasks to have a hot drink and this has been going on for nearly a week with various questions to delay things. Even resorted to celotape the lid on so it wouldn’t pop off.

I bought my husband a sho cup for his coffee on his way to work but today was the first time he used it and he's not impressed at all. Firstly it doesn't fit any of the cup holders in his van also it leaks! Coffee came out of the little hole on the top which I think is very bad design! I also bought one for myself but haven't used it yet so think I'll be returning it for a refund. All in all not a good buy at all.

I am still yet to receive my order after over a week now (delivery said 2-4 days) !!! Absolutely ridiculous, when written to the company they have not replied each time. it really is ridiculous and i’m sick or company’s like this taking advantage of customers. WOULD PUT A ZERO IF I COULD.

After buying many products and being really happy with them, I decided to buy my about to be 1 year old one of the children's bottles. Unfortunately the straw lid was broken upon arrival but between me sending an email and sho asking for a photo my husband unfortunately threw the broken one in the bin whilst cleaning up. Sho have told me because I no longer have it they won't do anything about it thus making the bottle completely unusable because a baby cannot use the normal bottle opening. I won't be buying from them again and will be purchasing my bottles from alternative vendors like chilly in the future.
