“Quality of the bottle is really good. I paid for extra £10 for engraving which delayed the delivery but not only that the engraving couldn't have been done at any more worsr possible location on bottle. There is plenty of empty space but the engraving is done on existing design which made both engraving and design not so visible. DON'T EVER CHOOSE ENGRAVING OPTION.”

“I have the 750ml and bought the straw lid to go with it, which I like the size however, I like to put ice cubes in my bottle as I find tap water isn't cold enough and I have smash them up if they shop bought as they are to big. Also I find the straw could be a bit wider”

“Bought this to have at night at the bedside whilst I have a cough. Thinking along the lines of cool water is safe container that I hopefully won’t spill. Lovely bottle easy to handle especially with the carrying handle but doesn’t seem to keep my water cold. Tried several methods but within two hours ice cubes have melted and within 7 hours the water is no longer cold, so overall a bit disappointing”

“The cups do not hold a hot drink for more than two hours im very disappointed in my recent purchuse I've had other items before and they where excellent for keeping water cold”

“The product quality is good and is well priced. However, the shipping is quite slow. Once it’s with the courier it was quite quick but it seems to take a while before it’s given to the courier.”

“Adequate. The bottle I bought is just ok - the discounted price makes it worth it but I wouldn’t buy the same bottle at full price. There’s still a metallic taste after several uses and washes and I’m not convinced in its thermal properties as cool water from the tap doesn’t hold its temperature for long. What’s tainted it for me is, in a world with fast delivery services out there, this was woefully slow. I’ll give another company a go next time.”

“I bought 3 bottles which I love. They keep things really cold for many hours which is great when we are out and about. What lets the company down is the customer service. I ordered on a Saturday with fast delivery (2-3 days). They do state items will be dispatched within 1-2 days of the order which I would assume is to take into account weekends. I contacted them on the Wednesday as I hadn't had a dispatch notification to say please cancel order if not already dispatched as they wouldn't get here in time for us going away. This was ignored but I did receive a dispatch notification within the hour. Sadly the bottles hadn't arrived in time for us going on holiday but we're here when we got back.”

“I bought the xl tumbler unfortunately after the use of it no more than 4 times the handle as come loose it was bought for my partner as a present so I am very disappointed. We have several sho products over the years unfortunately it can not be used because of the risk of safety. I have always given a 5 star but sorry sho I've been let down this Time. Richard”

“Have had a few items from sho and have always been pleased with them. I purchased the nre XL tumbler but had to send it back due to and issue with the handle. I'm currently waiting for a replacement so fingers crossed it will be okay”

“I ordered both screw top sizes 500ml and 750ml and both do not fit my wife's 750ml bottle I have to say I am a little disappointed as it was to replace my wife's old top as part of her birthday present.”
