“Excellent service. Contacted sho by email still no reply. Over a week later. Bottle lid squeaks like mad on my 750ml bottle but not my 500ml bottle”

“I love all the colours and my new products came quickly , I brought extra straws but didn’t really need them. My drink stay really cold in both the bottle and cup although the ice melted quickly. Disappointed you can’t close the hole in lid when having hot drinks . Not sure if I’d buy another, I will just see how long they last. But all the designs are lovely.”

“The cup works by keeping drinks hot, the only downside is the lid makes it a little awkward to sip from and does not close. Also does not fit into cup holder”

“Bought two products now. Food Flask & flask. Like them both but my lip gets too hot when drinking out the flask & the volume of the food flask is smaller than I’d hoped for.”

“Got sho 750ml bottle as a gift but awful time trying to find straw lid for it. Ended up getting a 350/500ml bottle lid which fitted another brands 750ml bottle abd just use sho 750ml as a refill”

“Good choice of bottle designs and colours. Unfortunately was sent the wrong colour lid but was offered a replacement after a rather slow response from customer service. I also ordered a Pacto cup which claims it will keep your drinks hot/cold for hours, but comes without a cover for the sip hole! In all, SHO products look like a good option compared to a rival brand as they cost a lot less. But I believe you get what you pay for. Won’t be ordering from them again.”

“I have used my flask several times now and on all the occasion the food does not stay hot.. it’s very Luke warm.. I had expected the food to stay hot enough to eat if not piping hot. Maybe I expected too much from it.”

“Item as described and keeps food warm gir ages. BUT delivery was much slower than advertised!!! Said 2/3 days on website and when I messaged they said there was a delay and it was on website. It was for a gift so I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known it would take 10 days to arrive.”

“Flask is great but the spork is rubbish! The spork is so frustrating, just folds into itself everytime I try to use it. Its so frustrating that ive dropped 2 stars on the rating. Other than that the flask is brilliant, keeps my food hot till lunch and I'm eating so much healthier now. When using the condiment section make sure it's dry condiments or sauces in packaging. Learnt that the hard way after putting homemade chilli oil in. When I need a new flask I will definitely consider buying one from Sho.”

“I love the bottle but I purchased a matching lid which does not screw down properly I have messaged them several times about it but they just ask for pictures which would not show the problem the silver lid is fine no problem thats why I give only 3 stars”

“This was my second order. I love my Sho original 2.0 bottle, it’s perfect. In my recent order, I ordered 2 drinking cup things and I am a bit disappointed as I thought the lid would be able to be closed. However, the part that you drink out of is permanently open. Which means that the drink could spill. I would give the product a 2 1/2 out of 5 because of the lid and practicality.”
