“Beautiful bottle. Definitely not the cheaper end of the water bottle market but it does have good thermo insulation and its so pretty. Bought in sale so very pleased.”

“It does what is says. Really kept my drinks hot/cold. I've bought 1 food flask and 4 different sized bottled now. Minus one star because the price keep changing. Twice now it happened that after I just ordered one I see that the price got lower.”

“It has beautiful colours in the design I have chosen. I didn't feel it kept the water as cold after 6 hours and there was a mild metallic taste after washing new bottle as per instructions provided.”

“Have a couple of original 2.0 (1l & 500ml) a sports bottle and a calix cup. Love all of them and use them every day. Had a problem with the 1l bottle not keeping drink cold for as long after a year but emailed customer service and they sorted it out with the lifetime guarantee and had a new bottle delivered in less than a week. Excellent service and products, have recommended to others and WILL purchase again.”

“Absolutely love my food flask and coffee cup. Keep my drinks and food warm for hours and hours. Customer service is amazing and a credit to the company. My only complaint is that after finishing my order, as a sales ploy, different items kept flashing up on screen as an add on and I accidentally pressed the button to accept but then it didn’t ask me to confirm the order and just took the money for the add in immediately from my bank. Customer service did sort this out the following day but I think this type of sales ploy is unfair.”
