“Not the colour I had ordered but appreciate the time of year. The product is good. Soup was luke warm after 6 hours, which is better than other products on the market.”

“Love the design of my food flask. Doesn’t keep my food as warm as I’d hoped. I’ve used it for soup and pop it in at 7am piping hot. By 1pm it is Luke warm at best. Used it for coffee over the weekend and that was better.”

“Was excited to get my sho food flask , it looks stunning but unfortunately doesn’t keep my food warm, also purchased the drinks cup which again looks great but didn’t keep my cuppa warm for any length of time , I will experiment a bit more with both but for now I’m not very impressed,”

“I'm not sure what I did wrong ...but made my coffee and put the mug in my bag . When I went to drink it it had leaked in my bag and was only warm when I drank it .”

“Really fast delivery. Order four cups, 3 for presents and 1 for myself. So really happy with the package they came in for the ones i will be giving. Unfortunately I used mine and it leaked, also really hard to drink for as the month hole seems in the wrong place. Had to go back to using my old amazon one that was half the price”

“Love the design on the cup , size is good and keeps my drink warm for a reasonable length of time. Like the fact that a replacement lid is available as this is why I'm replacing my old cup. Hopefully it won't look grubby. Despite this have given only 3 stars as the lid has to be removed to get to the bottom of the drink and it doesn't seem to go on or off smoothly.”

“Purchased 2 bottles on what I thought was buy 2 get 1 free. Didn't add 3rd to cart, only received 2! Contacted customer service explaining what went wrong. Was told should have put 3rd in basket and it would have been free, and if I wanted to take up the offer. I'd have to return the other 2 in original state, ie not washed, and in,original,packaging, get a refund and then purchase again to get the 3rd free. Not a good solution, As I'd already washed out the first 2. Lesson learnt. Buy elsewhere”

“Ordered the hot drink calix for work for me and my partner and unfortunately they aren’t very solid and secure to prevent leaks… they are just splash proof apparently but that doesn’t help us being on the go with the cups in the side of a backpack. Shame as trusted the company to provide us the best which they haven’t”

“Used my sho 1st time..heated the flask 10 minits with boiling water..whilst heating up my soup to boiling point.. it was a 550ml tub v soup..but I can only use 1/2 the tub.. when I opened it in work4 hrs later it was like warm.. I tried this again following day..with remaining 1/2 tun..and again by my break it was cold..my husband says I should use the full tub..so's there no air space..! Is this right. Seems silly to heat up a full tub..just to waste it..(only eating half)...?!!”

“Super cute, really well designed soup/hot food container. I loved it so much I bought one for a friend. Unfortuanately it just doesn't keep my soup warm long enough. I leave at 6.30 am so make my soup at 6. It's no longer hot by 1, just about passably warm. The website said 10 hours. That really should be changed to about 5.”

“I pre- ordered the guzzler. It took from 5 days after estimated dispatch date, and an email from me to receive the delivery. I emailed customer services as after only a matter of weeks the rubber seal had gone mouldy. No real resolution apart from that it shouldn’t do that… The packaging it is delivered in is really aesthetically pleasing! 🌟 I also ordered the food flask and it has been trial and error, as the first few times of using it, the food was stone cold. After a few attempts of hot water preparation, the food is a better temperature by lunchtime. I still wouldn’t say ‘hot’.”

“If I’m honest I’m a little disappointed with how hot it keeps my soup/food. I pre heat the flask for 10 minutes - 1 hour doesn’t make a difference, (maybe I’m doing something wrong?) I heat me soup/food and make sure it’s really hot before going into the flask at 7am land my 12 it’s Luke warm. Amy help would be appreciated”

“I ordered the Calix cup, it’s a lovely size and the pattern is beautiful but I’m disappointed with the amount of time hot drinks say hot, it’s advertised at 6 hours but they only stay hot for 2.5 - 3 hours, hence why only 3 stars”

“I had great hopes for this product. It was beautifully packaged and I loved the plum colour. I’ve used it twice now and both times, far from being boiling hot soup, it was more lukewarm in temperature. I’ve put hot water in the flask beforehand and practically boiled the soup before filling the flask with it - with no success. I’m really disappointed that after 4 hours, it’s lukewarm rather than hot. I so wanted this to work as I typically go on 7 hr mountain hikes.”
