“I ordered 3 sports bottles (Xmas presents so haven’t actually used them yet) however, they look lovely and great quality but the reason I’m writing this review is SHO have been a complete pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately one of the bottles sent was the wrong colour, I emailed the Co and received a response the same day, after sending evidence they sent me the correct colour bottle and asked me to keep the wrong one as an apology for the mistake. Fab customer service, which I believe is a must these days.”
