“ordering process was easy and good arrived as advertised. impressed with the item being boxed and tissue wrapped, great for gifting. like the patterned and neutral shades something for everyone, perhaps a few more colour shades to choose from. hvn't tested the bottle for how long it keeps water cold as its a gift therefore could not leave 5 stars. great otherwise . thanks”

“The bottles are great and largely indestructible by out kids, the company always deliver what was ordered promptly and the engraving service is great for school bottles. There just seems to be a manufacturing issue with the flip top lids for the 375ml bottles as we've had to buy so many and there is always at least one that's defective in each order. Doesn't match the rest of the company's quality.”

“After 4.5hrs the soup was not as hot as I would have liked even after putting hot water in to warm the flask up. Nice design”

“Husband uses the flask every 2nd day as he is an hgv driver, it holds the right amount food and keeps it hot, the only drawback he has found is that when you pre heat the food flask, the vacuum that is created by the hot water makes it had to open the flask before putting the food into the flask”

“Ordered slider lids for my Pacto. No more spills. Delivered quickly. Please can we have some exciting colours as my Pacto is bright yellow and my new lid is just grey 🤞”

“Love most of the SHO products although my last purchase has been a little disappointing. I bought a Fortis bottle but have found it doesn’t keep my drinks as hot as it should. Similarly - the food flask is somewhat inefficient. I have followed instructions pretty much to the letter but to no avail!”

“I really wanted to have this mug, I also have a bottle for my daughter and it's great. however, the cup is broken inside and the glass rings when I move the cup. I'm disappointed”

“I have just had the Pacto and the sipper lid. I love the colour and the way it keeps things hot but, it can be difficult with the sipper lid to actually drink things safely, I have tipped the drink on myself a number of times.”
