“My daughter tried the flask for the last week and she informed me that it kept her food nice and warm! She is enjoying having nice homemade meals at school. She also loved her water bottle and has been getting lots of compliments from her peers.”

“Very happy with the quality and packaging of the items that I have bought they are going to make a lovely present Only disappointment I have is that after receiving what I had ordered I received a email to say that the drinking add on for 1.5 ltr bottom was now coming as standard If I had read anywhere on the web site of these changes I would have held back from buying Other than that I am very happy with delivery etc too”

“These are great bottles for kids, the plastic straw tops are not as strong as the screw on tops and so I’ve had to replace them a few times as toddlers can be hard on them. Apart from that really like them.”

“I love my sho products, the unique designs and the fact they really do keep my drinks either hot or cold! My only complaint is the lids that the pacto and callix come with - I need to transport my drinks from home to work and hadn’t realised they weren’t non-spill so now need to spend another £11 on lids!”

“Lovely bottles 😀 which will make super presents. They are beautiful and it's good to feel one is using ecologically sound items. I also bought a mystery box with which I was pleased 😁 and I would have bought more of them. I was somewhat disappointed ☹️ by the packaging of 17 bottles......the brown paper package was damaged and encased by a Post Office plastic bag and nothing was missing. I actually sent you the packaging back to receive no acknowledgement from you. The attitude of those answering my emails was just about querying whether I had a 'real' complaint as nothing was missing. I've reduced my stars to 4 because I value good customer service. I just wanted you to acknowledge that your packaging was poor, and to recognise that I expected you to take care of nearly £300 pounds of goods that I bought from you.”

“My bottle arrived promptly and is really pretty, although I bought it for a 2 day festival last weekend I didn't have chance to try it! It also arrived with a free straw. Thank you!”
