“I wouldn't purchase it again, everytime I put hot coffee in it, it splatters everywhere while I'm driving, those two holes In the hot lid should have a shut off valve like most insulated cups. Had I realised that it was designed that way I wouldn't have bought it.”

“I ordered two Sho original bottles and love them ❤️ even ordered a smaller one for my bag, but the Calix ones are lovely but the lid gets too hot and burn your lips, would have thought again if I knew this before purchasing them 😢 Maybe the Pacto lids would fit as they are plastic??”

“Ordered some reduced bottles. The stainless steal came on very old boxes. Not appropriate for gifts. Great communication via email. I could send back but have to pay postage. Would have been good service to add on site they aren’t the current packaging.”

“Good looking products but they don't keep hot drinks piping hot for 12 hours as stated. Plus as soon as you pay full price for a product then it goes down in price, not good.”

“The bottles and flask I have are fantastic however, I asked about when the sports type lids would be in stock again and have had no response. I didn't want to order it seperately and have to pay additional postage.”

“The bottle is great and keeps my drink cold for the day. But my straw is too short for the bottle and only goes half way down the bottle.”

“Not arrived yet ! Apparently on back order I wasn’t aware of this at the time I placed my order so still another 2 weeks to wait before despatch date , even though web sites is saying if I order today I will get my item within 48 hours !!!”

“Good product, looks great and delivers on the promise of keeping my drinks cold.... but delivery time was well over a week on a supposed Royal Mail 48hr service. Thankfully it was not ordered for a present, otherwise it could have been awkward. So a bit of work needed on this me thinks.”

“Excellent but spoilt by, what appears to be, a cheap plastic top, which appears flimsy, loose and liable to break under any impact, not what you want with a sports bottle.”

“Excellent customer service. The cups are beautifully made and the range of colours is excellent. However, The metal lid gets really hot if you have a hot beverage. The getty on lid for the hot drinking cup does not close, therefore you can have spillages and debris can get into cup.”

“I ordered a SHO water bottle with customization name on the bottle. Thought that the name would replace 'SHO' on the bottle as website pic suggests. However, a huge SHO logo was still on the bottle. Funny thing is the logo is bigger than the name I paid around £10 extra for. Just a reminder for people who are about to customize their bottles. Happy with the bottle and its quality.”

“Although this does exactly what it says, I'm a bit gutted about a few things. 1) the lid is metal-gets hot with hot drinks inside. 2) no closing lid 3) the lip to drink out of if difficult 4) there is a hole for a straw I believe, but If you blow in the lip hole to cool your hot drink, hot steam comes out the straw hole and hits your face. I think I'll stick to me £1.99 bamboo travel mug.”

“Bought 2 800ml food flasks for my sons lunches however it doesn't keep a 400ml tin of soup hot. Heated flask with boiling water whilst soup heated up to very hot temperature at 6:45am but by 12:30pm soup was room temperature. Tried the other food flask but this is the same. Possibly because the flask is only just over half full but quite disappointing. Have needed to purchase yet another, smaller flask since however the SHO water bottle i purchased is great so would recommend the water bottle”

“Unfortunately- this is my first Sho disappointment! The fact that the calix doesn’t close isn’t great, but the sip lid just doesn’t seem right? The aperture isn’t in the correct place and leaves coffee in the lid due to the shape of it. I was really loo kni img forwards to this, but it just isn’t a pleasurable experience”

“Availability seems to be an issue, having waited months for a particular colour to come back into stock, I placed order only to be told some stock came damaged and once again colour would be out for several months. Would like to see a pre-order for out of date items/colours, surely that would allow you to see what colours are in demand and increase orders/manufacturing to meet demand”
