Good way to receive competitive quotes from different companies. Reviews can help choosing a company. Good experience with the selected company. However, the platform does not provide very transparent information about the providers themselves. Payment, insurances, etc are all managed outside the app, once a company is selected, without protection in case of issue.

Ich habe einen Dienstleister für meinen Auftrag gefunden und das hat gut geklappt. Die Plattform selbst könnte transparenter sein, z.B. was die Abwicklung mit der Versicherung angeht. Hier sieht man erst im Beauftragungsprozess, was das kostet und was man überhaupt versichern kann. Vor der Beauftragung kann man kaum Informationen mit den Bietern austauschen, da das System z.B. die Angabe von Uhrzeiten fälschlicher Weise als Versuch wertet, private Daten (Telefonnummer o.Ä.) auszutauschen (was natürlich vor Beauftragung nicht gestattet ist). Hier würde ich mir z.B. das Beantragen einer individuellen Prüfung der Nachricht wünschen, oder dass einfach die Erkennung besser wird. Alles in allem ist es gut, dass es eine solche Plattform gibt, Verbesserungspotential ist aber durchaus vorhanden.

Super Plattform um schnell, viele und preisgünstige Transporteure zu finden. Die Kommunikation läuft schnell und gut. Auf der Plattform ist nicht klar ersichtlich, wie die Bezahlung abgewickelt wird. Ein Deposit geht bei Buchung einer Firma dirket an Shiply, der restliche Teil wird später der ausgewählten Firma bezahlt. Wir hatten zudem zwei Abholorten, welche ich so beim Auftrag nicht angeben konnte. Alles in allem hat es gut geklappt und die Plattform war hilfreich für uns.

Un système intéressant mais la sélection qualitative des prestataires est insuffisantes , en effet beaucoup de prestataires sont peu fiables offrant des prestations a des tarifs exorbitants et complètement en dehors des prix du marché et sans garantie. Heureusement nous avons trouvé RC Transport qui est une société saine et de qualité.

Un début calamiteux par un acompte verrouillé sur un transporteur qui ne répond pas! Mais après un mail SHIPLY a bien voulu transférer l'acompte sur un autre transport, donc le seul bémol a été le temps perdu. Transport convenablement effectué malgré tout. Une plateforme téléphonique pourrait être un plus.

The wording is ambigious, "delivery time" could mean the delivery of the service or the delivery of the items, separate into pick up time and delivery time to avoid confusion.

Please note we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, change of address and other things stated in their Terms and Conditions. The accepted price is what you are expected to pay and no more. Kindly relay this information directly to your chosen courier. Was just checking out prices for a few hours for local furniture pick up and delivery 2 miles away 2 or 3 items,double bed, 2 seatee seatee and they ask for dimensions of a double bed, crazy prices have arranged to hire a van from high street hire company for £65 for 24 hours inc vat and insurance,im sure the ones who quoted me will be ok and reliable but overpriced in my opinion
