The loader was picked up and delivered within five day business days as promised. they were good to work with. There was some miscommunication between the dispatcher and the driver. They did not provide the four hours notice as promised I would use them again. My item arrived undamaged and I was excited to receive it before Christmas.

Fair price, good communication, safe transport. Nothing went wrong and they found me a shipping company that would do the transport within 7 days. I would highly recommend these guys.

Let me down in the biggest way didn't even have the decency to let me know that he wasn't going to collect the item when I asked if he was not going to let collect the item to give me prior warning and I would collecting myself he didn't even do that unforgivable

Please note we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, change of address and other things stated in their Terms and Conditions. The accepted price is what you are expected to pay and no more. Kindly relay this information directly to your chosen courier. The system is nicely done but there are areas of improvement. Insurance is something thatbdoes kot come up automatically. Had to go back and forth to various quotes to ask about insurance. Also there are to many brokers and it should be listed of they are a broker or the actual company, just for thought. Last transport with s car it was hard to communicate. I wanted to ask on status of car and had to wait for broker to reach out to other company. This last transport was a great experience.

Both pick up and drop off were very good. Communication was excellent and kept us well informed of status. Delivery was slightly delayed, BUT that was due to an unexpected snowy and icy weather, otherwise it would have been "ON TIME" as promised. Everything was accounted for an in good shape. Very professional with a nice and kind personality. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future shipments.

Buena entrega aunque me estrece un poco por algunas razones pero todo salió bien el asistente al cliente siempre responde rápido y te da respuesta a tu pregunta aunque no sean las que quieras pero como sea te da respuesta y si la entrega fue en el tiempo acordado por ahí todo bien
