Says here Own Driver, Courier. Mine was not! It was done through BAH who holds no liability and contracts out to Best Friend Transport LLC. Driver damaged my wall, used duct tape to hold the rest of it in place breaking DOT rules and never notified me. Then drove for 4 hours out of state. I caught him in Georgia driving like this. BAH did NOTHING to help me. 40 calls and most of them they just sweet talk you. They hold no liability. I'm supposed to handle the claim with the company Best Friend Transport who they hired. According to the driver they are the ones who told him not to call me and keep driving. Driver also had flat so used spare for 4 hours. Spent 24 hrs with him stranded at a gas station. No help from either company. Hired mobile tech to make my 5th wheel road worthy. I told driver to add air to the spare it was looking a little flat, he says he can't because it could blow out & I have to follow him. So I do. It blew out almost immediately. Both issues should have been handled at the source. South Carolina where he damaged it, and Georgia where we were stranded respectfully. He never gave me the opportunity. Then Maya & Ruby at BAH continued to give me the run around for two days as we were stranded again due to his negligence. Ruby told me they had worked it out so I wouldn't have to pay the full amount. Got to drop off point and she had been lying! I ended up having to pay $300 more for the extra day. BAH goes by American Wheels and is worthless if anything goes wrong! MAKE SURE YOU DEAL DIRECTLY WITH YOUR DRIVERS COMPANY OTHERWISE NO ONE WANT TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. THEY DO NOT HELP WITH INSURANCE AS ADVERTISED.

The shipper I used to deliver my goods through them lost my shipment. They did not obtain a signature on the BOOL, which should be a clear cut insurance claim for me. However, they wouldn’t, because they are crooked. Shipley did absolutely nothing to try to get them to make the claim. They also kept them as a shipping option. So shiply does not vet their shippers and does not punish them in any way when they lose your shipment.

I paid for your services, you charged me for it, and the selected third party cancelled the service at last minute leaving me to arrange service elsewhere at higher costs to me. When I raised the issue to you, instead of refunding my £10 worth, you took it to your revenue line and told me I could go away and ask you to do it all over again. I do not think you understand customer services, and should be out of business with your non-refundable policies. The credit you said I have with you will expire, and you know that, and this is the reason why you are keeping my £10 today for nothing. I feel you should not keep £10 and instead refund it right away back to where you took my payment from. No refund back to my payment method has been considered by Shiply.

Tried to get quotes from this site for a vehicle I purchased from a dealership. Dealership is paying the shipping. Shipley will not allow me to share the dealership contact information. Waste of time.

I added in the eBay Seller to the conversation (an option Shiply provides which looked really handy in coordinating collection with the courier). The seller's chats appeared as if they are from me! I raised on issue on this and told this is by design. Pretty sure this is a privacy issue! There's no warning that a stranger may be masquerading as me and could change my agreement with the courier on my behalf. This is just really really poor design that needs fixing. From the response to the support ticket I raised it's just not seen as a problem or taken seriously. The actual service from Shiply and the courier was great, but this one issue means I'd be very reticent to use Shiply again.

A week ago I contacted for help with negative false ratings and account suspension. Anne replied that I should contact shiply customer service. All my shiply tickets are closed without response. DO NOT USE Complete set of con artists and will under price to get your money and then not deliver. Its likely they have fake reviews to make them look like a professional outfit. Sad that these people ruin it for the legit hard working business. Will stay clear of Shiply in future.

J'ai payé le transport 414€. 54€, le devis plus 360 euros a la livraison au lieu d'un total de 405€. Transporteur dangereux. Véhicule non conforme. A déposé mon véhicule sur le bord de la route de nuit. SHYPLY doit me rembourser 51€ 1 ere caution et 9€ trop perçu du chauffeur malhonnete

Absolute scam. Accepted a quote house move. Travelled 3 hours to be let down by the transport company. (No show with 3 different excuses). Managed to get a company to sort half the essentials but now I’m left with half of a container full which I’m still having to pay for unexpectedly around 150 miles away with no budget left. Fully appreciate it’s not Shiply that have been dishonest but they are keeping the £70 deposit for the pleasure and have completely washed their hands of the situation as it’s nothing to do with them. Would NOT recommend. Literally phone around yourself. Zero point in the service and now out of pocket.

Site is full of cowboys posing as professional removal/transport companies. You will receive numerous bids from generic sounding named companies e.g. "Express Delivery" who claim to be able to complete your job. They will then lack the experience, expertise, punctuality, communication and all-round professionalism to actually do what they say. Shiply support is non-existent and you will not receive a timely response. They actually don't even have a phone number to call. Just hire a reputable company to move your stuff and avoid this awful service.

Shiply take a deposit amount - its actually a FINDERS FEE of roughly 45% - depending what category you list your transport job in. This literally makes the transporter work for VERY LITTLE income and Shiply get 45% ontop for doing NEXT TO NOTHING. So a £100 transport job shiply sell to you for £145. Ouch! Anything goes wrong and they try to get you to take a credit note rather than refund.... don't do it!! AWFUL company making £MILLIONS out of hard working transporters!!!

Beware. They take your cash first then can't fulfill your order. Then have the cheek to say they'll hold your cash in account for the next time you use them. Had to involve my bak to get a refund. Do not use these conmen!!!!

Awful. No phone number to get help. Most couriers are actually from Proovia (who are diabolical) but pretend to be independents. If you dare request a refund due to driver asking for money up front, Shiply take two days to respond then tell you to fill out a long form and wait 10 days. Find another platform to handle your deliveries.

Hi I have a big complaint about shiply. Unfortunately the portal does not want to help new companies on shiply. Every other company that has been on shiply longer does not like new carrier accounts. Other companies post transport offers. If you are a new company on the platform, you receive this order and within 7 days they post a fake negative rating. You will get 2-3 fake ratings and shiply will immediately block your account as a user. Shiply, please tell me how we should proceed on the platform in Europe, if this is very unfair to new companies! You do not provide help to new companies. You do not verify the ratings, if they are posted correctly or not. You should stop this as soon as possible, because the market in Europe on shiply will be ruined soon. New companies should have a protective umbrella. And negative ratings should be verified. Anyone can rate your transport negatively, and shiply does not try to check if it is a fake rating. I worked for you for 1 week and I am a victim on the portal. And I didn't get any help, despite the reports. If shiply checked negative reviews of new accounts and removed negative reviews if the customer has no evidence, other companies would quickly give up unfair competition. What do I do now?? If I don't have an account? And other new companies? The same thing awaits them.

Five Star Logix and Shiply are a total scam. Scammed us out of money and then refused to unload shipment until they received more than double of the agreed up amount. Shiply offered zero assistance and Five Star Logix is part of the scam leaving you no recourse. DO NOT USE this site to book loads. It is not legitimate the brokers are in on the scam and they off zero assistance if you have an issue

I’d never trust Shipley again with transport, I think a civil litigation is the way forward against both parties involved the agent (shipley) and the courier. Shipley and the courier hide behind damage to motorcycles and keys that are damaged
