I coordinated a GUARANTEED pick up and gave them two days in which to complete the pickup. Pickup was supposed to be early in the morning. It was a no-show in the morning. Was told driver was there…he was not. Said driver would be there late afternoon. Driver never showed up. Ruined my ship opportunity. This was my second attempt using Shipley. Do not recommend.

Fantastic service worth every penny. Vehicle collection from Lancaster Ford dealer to home address in Fleet, Hampshire. Covered transport fully tracked. I wasn’t there at either end but great communication with Mark meant I knife exactly where my car was at any time. Also Mark sent photos and videos of loading into his covered trailer and unloading at the other end. Even a video of the keys being placed through my letter box! If my car was a £100k Ferrari I would still have total trust and confidence with his level of service and security. I was never left wondering how things were going at any time. I would unreservedly recommend Mark and his amazing professionalism and high level of customer service. Planning to purchase an old sports car from auction in the next 12 months and Mark will be collecting and delivering it for me.

Un excellent moyen de déplacer facilement des objets de grande taille. Shiply m'a épargné 10 heures de conduite, pour un coût similaire à celui de la location d'un camion et de la conduite par moi-même.

Avoid at all costs! The courier Shipley recommended ‘MehtaSaab1191’collected a £400 painting to be delivered to one of my customers & have disappeared into thin air, although funnily enough are still receiving good reviews on Shipley, even though Shipley say they have suspended them! Shipley have resolved themselves of any responsibility & have ignored countless emails from me! I have now informed the police, which is probably a waste of time but what else can I do! Small businesses like myself are trying to make an honest living & people think they have the right to just steal from you, it’s disgusting! Hopefully by naming the courier it will prevent anybody else using them..

Worst experience of my life! I accepted a quote from King Prime Shipping to transport my recently deceased father's car, which is very important to us. We wanted this transported quickly due to weather. I've been told three times now that a driver would be contacting me with a pickup time; however, no call has ever been received. When I've asked for a refund on my deposit, my requests have been ignored. No one ever answers the phone when I call and will only text. At this point I don't even know if I will ever receive the car or if this is a scam!

Well, this is before Shiply, but I had contracted Smith&Koch Cargo&Transport to move a few items for me. Tamara, the owner was such a sweet and kind person. When it comes to customer service, she is the best at it. She was really fair on the price, it was actually cheaper than I thought it would be. She is very punctual and on time, when she said she was gonna be there, she was 20 mins early. She got me moved and settled right before Christmas so I could spend time with my family. She will be a great asset to Shiply!!!

courier was so helpful , communication was spot on and collected within the time frame he said, 100% recommended he collected and delivered 4x alloy wheels and tyres within a 24 hr slot can't get better than that 2 days before new years eve thank you
