Didn't expect to pay more than what was called for When I signed up, sales tax was totally unexpected. not sure I would use them again .

Please note we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, a change of address, or other things that are stated in their Terms and Conditions. The accepted price is what you are expected to pay and no more. If this happens, you have the option not to proceed. Sorry, aber eine Sofortüberweisung, die erst nach 3 Tagen verarbeitet ist, geht gar nicht. Da geht wertvolle Zeit für weitere Planungen verloren. Und Euer Kundenservice wird auch unnötig beschäftigt. Warum geht denn kein PayPal? Der Rest wie immer sehr gut.

Brokers allowed to use your site need to be checked out. They have crappy records and take jobs that they cannot handle. They make promises to customers that they cannot fallow through with and then claim to send them some money to compensate for their failure and yet don't pay up. Poor delivery records and bad reviews should be noted up front.

Hardwork trying too liaise with “Shiply” regarding issues - replies come in days later with NO Help. Once your deposits paid you basically have to wait for Couriers

Gute Plattform, gute Idee: Aber!! Leider steht NIRGENDS dass eine Sofortüberweisung (Dauert normalerweise 12 Sek) bei Shiply 3 Tage dauert!! Während dieser Zeit wird die ganze Kommunikation zum Transportunternehmen abgeschaltet. D.h. bei meinem ersten Termin konnte das Unternehmen mich nicht – und ich das Unternehmen nicht erreichen - und ich stand völig ohne irgendeine Information da. Eine Antwort kam erst 24 Stunden später. Während des eigenen Berufes noch in so einer Ungewissheit zu stehen, finde ich absolut nicht gut. Wäre eine Notiz bei der Option Sofortüberweisung dabei gestanden, wäre so ein Desaster nicht passiert.

Kommunikation über das System ist sehr schwierig, da nicht einmal Fragen gestellt werden können, ob z.B. 19% MwSt enthalten ist, weil das durch automatische Filter als Preisverhandlung verhindert wird, ebenso können keine Abholzeiten z.B. "Abholung zwingend zwischen 07:30-16:00 Uhr" mitgeteilt werden, weil die Filter dies als Austausch von Telefonnummern interpretiert und verbietet. Sehr kompliziert. Der vermittelte Transportdienstleister war super, die Abwicklung über shiply empfand ich als eher "anstrengend".

Capstone Auto Transport. DON’T REPLY TO THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT. HAVE YOU WAITING FOR A RESPONSE BACK. I CALLED TEXT. FINALLY SHE ADMITTED THE DRIVER CANCELED. THEN SHE DIDN’T WANT TO GIVE BACK MY DEPOSIT

Beware the initial quote. This simple means the courier will pick the goods up for that price, at a time to suit them 'within 7 days'. If you actually want it to be picked up 'by Saturday' the couriers will change the price upwards. It's just a racket really. So I have arranged to pick the goods up myself. NO hassle and I have just agreed a day and pick up time. Lovely sellers and no Shipley to get in the way - perfect!

It would have been better however, we were told we needed to provide someone to help move the furniture with the driver. We did not have someone so we were told they would provide someone for $50 at pick up and delivery each totaling $100. We did not have someone provided for us at the pick up site my son was there so he helped and at the delivery site. The people had to hire their gardeners to help move the furniture. Then the man kept trying to hound me for the hundred dollars of which they did not provide the proper assistance for the driver. The driver could’ve never picked up the big desk or the very heavy leather sofa by himself, it wasn’t handled professionally

Le service proposé est très bien mais ça manque de clarté sur le fonctionnement des frais. Résultat, nous avons bien eu une facture par le transporteur mais n'arrivons pas à obtenir de Shiply une facture pour les frais de service. Nous devons pourtant bien justifier dans notre comptabilité de la totalité de la dépense.
